### "Sign and Send"

October 31, 2023

5.0

I have been pleased with the ease of access with DocuSign and it has made things easier when I'm in a pinch. I also find it intuitive.

Pros

The retrieval of a signature has been most useful to me. There are time when my boss is not in the office and I need to send documents out

Cons

The only con that I have thus far noticed, is the inability to properly expand how big you want the signature box to be. It goes out and in, but does not appear to have the ability to go from boxed shape to something more rectangular in nature.

### "Not a bad signature capture tool"

February 6, 2023

4.0

From the document sender's perspective, it is extremely difficult to use. There are few to no instructions on how to use it

Pros

The ease of use when applying a digital signature

Cons

My single most important complaint is that every time I log in, it asks for my login information - it's a little frustrating that it can't recover my login information.

### "Docusign makes contracts easy!"

September 9, 2021

5.0

Pros

No more mailing out multiple copies of a contract to be signed and having to marry the returned copies into one. No more worrying about out-of-towners being able to sign in a timely manner. Makes keeping tract of contracts, who signed them, and when a breeze. Also stores the contracts for references at a later date if needed.

Cons

Sometimes getting the boxes right where I want them is tricky, but easy enough to tweak and get things the way I want.

### "Fantastic Document Sign Software"

November 14, 2018

5.0

Overall I think it's a valuable software to use for document signing and I think every company should use them!

Pros

This is the easiest and most efficient document signing software that I've ever used. All the companies I've worked for have used it as well as using it in a personal setting. They point you to the areas you need to sign and create the signature closest to yours. So easy!

Cons

The only thing I can think of that I like least is when I'm signing sometimes I feel like it encourages me to skip over chunks of information to read. I think sometimes I feel rushed to sign things without looking over it.

### "What did we do before DocuSign?"

July 29, 2019

5.0

DocuSigned has saved our company's life. Our services can not be performed until a service agreement is signed and before we would have to wait for the home owner to be home, have a technician drive out to the home and back to the office. Now, within minutes, (sometimes seconds), we can have an agreement signed & returned on the spot for our services to be performed immediately all while the customer may be sitting at work, grocery shopping, picking the kids up from school, etc. No Hassle at all!

Pros

The quick efficiency of being able to have documents signed and returned within minutes so that our industry services can be performed in a timely manner. It's so simple to use, I almost question myself if I'm using it right. (I am : ) ) It sends an email to me to let me know the status of the outgoing DocuSign's that I have sent out as well.

Cons

I really don't have a negative issue with this program.

Reason for choosing Docusign

The ease of use and it was already highly recommended. Why look anywhere else?

### "The Rolls Royce of Document Signing"

January 15, 2022

5.0

When we only needed about 10 to 15 signatures a month they are great. However when we changed her business model and started needing around 40 to 50 it just became cost prohibitive to use them. Ended up charging us four dollars a click just to have someone review a contract and not even sign it.

Pros

DocuSign have the best and most robust ecosystem in the business. All the features and all the offerings.

Cons

They do not have a budget friendly option to allow mass signatures for simple businesses.

### "Best E-Signature platform out there"

December 12, 2018

5.0

Overall I'm pleased, Docusign saves me a lot of legwork in getting offer letters and contracts signed. I can't complain.

Pros

I really like the integration with Newton (our ATS) and Salesforce; this is a huge time saver. You can also use the platform from a smart phone which is super convenient. Docusign is secure and really easy to use. It helps that many of our customers, vendors and other business clients use this service.

Cons

Budgeting/pricing can be come tricky when trying to guesstimate the amount of envelopes every year. I really wish there was a more affordable unlimited option for all my employees.

### "DocuSign"

December 5, 2019

4.0

Easy to use, good navigation through the signing process.

Pros

Easy to use, the software walks you through what needs to be signed so you don't miss anything. If you do miss something it will not let you continue so reduces NIGO's.

Cons

When you are finished signing it asks you if you want to stay a little longer, I just want to complete the signing process and move on to my next task.

### "Convenient tool for many businesses"

December 4, 2018

4.0

Pros

I like that you can keep historical signed documents and this comes in handy especially if someone has viewed the document yet not signed. It pings you to tell you "So and so has viewed the document" or "Mr. Smith has signed the document." The tracking information is great with Docusign. It's really user friendly and a professional way to get documents signed.

Cons

Nothing really to complain about here. Although when they did the upgrade, everything was changed around and it took some getting used to.

### "Essential for any organization that works remotely with clients."

February 19, 2019

4.0

Pros

In 2019, obviously so much of daily business in a myriad of industries is conducted electronically. Still, when dealing with legal matters or any sort of contractual agreements, a signature is required. Before we started using DocuSign, we would e-mail forms to clients, who would then have to print them off, sign them, scan them, and e-mail them back to us. Did it work? Yes. Did it frustrate the client? Yes. Now, with DocuSign, documents can be written and completed from anywhere internet access is available, and it makes storing files digitally so much easier.

Cons

While the software is easy to use, some people will be stubborn and give up on creating and completing the signature process with DocuSign, so it hasn't completely removed the hassle of e-mailing, printing, scanning, and e-mailing again forms, but it has greatly reduced this.

### "Document approvals across the country in minutes"

December 21, 2018

5.0

I was excited when my company started using DocuSign, a tool that I had used personally for many years. Many of our staff work remotely, and we have students spread out across the country, so the tool makes it easy to complete formal documents and gets approval from many people; sometimes within minutes no matter where they are in the country. When I started with the company, we would have to email documents to be printed, then mailed, faxed, or sometimes overnighted back depending on how quickly we needed something. Now we add it to the account, click send, and anyone who needs to sign can do so online in seconds. Huge time and money saver, and makes the process very easy to complete.

Pros

The tools are easy to use and allow for multiple people to sign off nearly instantly. The tool also has a followup feature, that will continue to email a request for signature until it is complete.

Cons

I do also have a personal account, with my actual real signature inside, and wish that I could combine my personal with my busienss accounts to have access to all. Some of the stock signatures are a bit on the generic side; would be nice to have an option that would make the customization process easier.

### "Simple and Efficient"

December 12, 2018

5.0

Huge time saver, and also a huge money saver. Not long ago, I was dealing with hiring people to hand deliver and wait for customers to sign contracts (and of course they reviewed them). DocuSign allows people to do this at their own schedule - the way it should be.

Pros

DocuSign saved me a ton of time when going through several real estate purchases. Since then, I have also used DocuSign for insurance, job agreements, and for a landscaping service that I hired. DocuSign is simple to use and highlight where items need to be signed. The time stamp function is also excellent to determine when a document was reviewed. It alerts both parties when the contracts are executed and requires all of the areas to be signed prior to being finalized.

Cons

The initial learning curve was a bit challenging in terms of setting up documents. As an individual signing the documents, it was extremely easy and self explanatory.

### "It Works For Me"

January 19, 2023

5.0

Overall, Docusign is a tool I will continue to use, I find it easy even from my mobile device, and it's often self-explanatory. It works for my small business needs.

Pros

For personal matters, I have used DocuSign for a few years. Works nicely and accomplishes what it is supposed to. The one thing I don't like is that every time I log in, it asks for my login information. It's frustrating that it can't remember them (although I like it offers 2FA). One significant disadvantage in comparison to rivals is the extremely limited amount of papers you are permitted to send each month (five). Rivals with slightly more confusing user interfaces typically allow unlimited documents.

Cons

I have been a part of Docusign for a while now. I have never dealt with a firm with worse customer service. The folks at the end of the line are frequently unable to assist you and must instead "create a ticket" so that someone may contact you.

### "FAST AND LEGITIMATE SIGNATURE"

June 10, 2019

4.0

Overall my experience has been great! I do not need to scan any documents anymore !!!!

Pros

What I like the most is the convenience in signing the document! With only 3 clicks I'll sign it and it automatically goes to the next person to sign.

Cons

If one of the witnesses fails to sign, after some time the document is canceled. I lost some documents after I discovered this!

### "So helpful when it comes to signing documents"

July 3, 2018

5.0

Pros

DocuSign is the only software I use to sign my documents electronically. I love the ease of use and the least amount of time it takes to edit any document. You can add text and a personalized signature to any document. I also love the fact that you don't need to save an edited document to send it out through email. You can edit a pdf file and immediately send it to an email with no need to save the document onto your computer. This is great because if I ever need to reference back I just search the email and I can always save it from there if needed.

Cons

there are no problems I have ever experienced with DocuSign. I think it's a great tool to have and use on a daily. At least that's what I've been doing and it works magic.

### "Easy to use!"

October 27, 2023

Pros

The ability to forward to a different signatory is what I like. You do not need to recreate the entire document and just add the new signatory and it will automate it for you.

Cons

There is nothing to like about the product. Works perfectly fine.

### "Docusign is one of the best time saving tools! "

September 12, 2021

5.0

Pros

I like the fact that I do not have to deliver real estate documents to sign in person, saving money in gas and time.

Cons

I hope one day that there is an innovative improvement to add templates to the program where it will automatically recognize where initials, dates and signatures will be required, instead of manually placing the spots where to add initials, dates and signatures.

I have been happy using DocuSign. I have also been a recipient of several DocuSign documents and also find it a great way to get and provide electronic signatures.

I like that that DocuSign is a wonderful way to sign documents such as contracts. It is a great way to get signatures from anyone in any location.

Cons

I can't really think of anything that I don't like about the software. It is easy to use and guides you through the areas that need signatures.
