The platform is easy to use for both senders and recipients, eliminating the need for printing, scanning, and emailing signed documents. Its automation features, customizable workflows, and integrations with other business applications help streamline document management and improve efficiency. Cons While DocuSign is a powerful platform, some advanced features can be expensive for smaller organizations. The administrative setup for complex workflows may also require some learning and configuration time. Since it is so precise with how each signed document is handled throughout workflow management, the ease of use within the dashboard of tools really shines through to just documents read and signed efficiently. You can even use this program as a notary, true value for your money. Cons Nothing negative to say about the software, it does what it says it does with little to no bugs and issues, meaning the user rarely ever relies on customer support. I don't own a printer so it's difficult to print out a document, and then scan it again. Docusign makes everything so much simpler . Pros There are several things I like about Docusign, including it's user-friendliness and availability on a variety of platforms. Whenever I have to sign a document it is so much easier to check my email for a pdf or other document type, save it, and open it within in Docusign, as opposed to printing it out, signing it, and scanning the document to send it again. Cons My least favorite aspect of Docusign is only relevant on the mobile version of the software. It's relatively difficult to sign the document using only my index finger, and it's somewhat of a pain to select each individual field and move to the next one quickly.
