We were using a different program at work and DocuSign is working better for all of our employees. Pros It converts word docs to pdfs automatically. So no need to save a word document as a pdf first then upload to Docusign. Cons Home page is an ad for their products rather than a log in screen. You have to log in (upper right corner) first to kind of get to where you need to go. It has made the process seamless. Pros I can sign my daughters IEP documents this way. It makes the process seamless between her school and myself. Cons I wish they didn't send me an email every single time that I signed a document. It clogs up my inbox. I can review, sign, and send paperwork from anywhere without having to print, scan, or mail anything. The interface is simple to use, and the step-by-step signing process makes it easy to complete documents accurately. I also appreciate the security features and the ability to track the status of documents in real time. Overall, DocuSign saves time, reduces paperwork, and makes managing important documents much more efficient. Cons What I like least about DocuSign is that some of its advanced features can take a little time to learn, especially for new users. Occasionally, documents may require multiple authentication or verification steps, which can slow down the signing process. There can also be limitations depending on the subscription plan, and some features are only available with higher-tier options. Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks, and the platform remains reliable and easy to use for most document signing needs.
