We are saving some money on printing costs (I believe). In fact, at times our customers will never need to print a document. They can simply click.

Pros

I was able to load a template into Docusign so that I do not have to upload the same doctors’ form each and every time.

Cons

After entering a physician in the system as an authorized signer, he/she would eventually disappear. I spent hours learning about how to find and validate SOC certifications. While using Docusign for signature purposes, I found myself having to switch back-and-forth between landscape and vertical orientations many times while typing. In order to see the status of the multiple envelopes, one has to log-in online.

Really positive and recommend. Without Docusign, I don’t think security would be as strong and life would be as easy

Pros

So easy to get all of your documents sent across to a customer an promptly signed and returned. It also logs who has signed and their IP address

Cons

It can be difficult to find older documents that have been signed, sometimes you have to sift through manually

A wonderful program it's about as perfect as you will ever find. I use it almost daily with k12 and have never really had any problems

Pros

What I like mostly is how easy it is to sign your documents. I use this quite a bit because my child is in k12 and this is what is used.

Cons

What I don't like about Docusign is absolutely nothing. It hasn't been difficult in any way. I guess it could be more advertised or known

In the absence of using another signing tool, DocuSign does live up to what it is supposed to do. You can use it for productivity.

Pros

I like that I can already have my signature saved in another location, and can copy/paste to new docusign.

Cons

You can not integrate this tool with certain applications. There is a compatibility issue and with licensing it becomes more confusing.

I have used Docusign for business and personal documents. It has been easy to use and I like having my documents stored securely where I can review at any time.

Pros

The best part about Docusign is the convenience. No matter where you are, you can receive, review, sign and return documents within minutes. A document can also be sent to multiple individuals to collect all required signatures.

Cons

If the documents are lengthy, or with smaller font, they can be difficult to read at times but you have the option to print the documents. You can also use their zoom feature online but I find it cumbersome to review documents that way.

I like that its more than just signing. You have have templates that have required fields to be filled out.

Cons

Sometimes documents will come back corrupted. I dont know why but it does cause for things to become repetitive.

Overall, my experience with DocuSign has been really positive. It makes getting documents signed quick and easy, without having to deal with printing, scanning, or chasing people down. The interface is pretty straightforward, and I like being able to see the status of documents at a glance. It’s also convenient that everything can be handled online from pretty much anywhere. There are a few features that take some getting used to, but overall, DocuSign saves a lot of time and makes the whole signing process feel much less stressful.

Pros

DocuSign has been a really great tool for getting documents signed without all the usual hassle. It’s super convenient, easy to use, and saves a ton of time compared to printing, scanning, and emailing paperwork back and forth. I like how straightforward the whole process is, and the notifications make it easy to keep track of what’s been signed and what still needs attention. Overall, it makes handling documents feel quick and stress-free. Definitely a solid option if you want a simple way to manage electronic signatures!

Cons

One downside with DocuSign is that the pricing can feel a little high, especially if you only need it occasionally. Some of the more advanced features are also limited depending on the plan you’re using. It’s easy enough to use overall, but there can be a bit of a learning curve when you start exploring all the different options. Still, if you regularly need documents signed, the convenience definitely makes it worthwhile.

Pros

Docusign makes it easy to sign proposals and contracts. It also offers great features such as jumping to each section you need to sign and sending forms to multiple people. The user interface is clean and modern.

Cons

There is really not much to dislike about Docusign. It simplifies signing and contract management for me.

Thank you for your generous offer. However, since I paid for the full year and my subscription will not terminate until next year, I am disappointed with this situation. It has left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not understand why there is no option to prorate the unused portion of my annual subscription. I feel that this is an unfair and strong-arm policy. Under these circumstances, I do not see myself returning to your service in the future. I also intend to share my experience and concerns regarding this policy through online reviews. At this point, please remove me from any future marketing or contact attempts.

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Cancellation policy.
