Absolutely impressed and committed user now and for the foreseeable future. I can't imagine trying to do any real estate transactions without using docusign. Pros I've been using Docusign for several years now, mostly in the real estate business to expedite and streamline the purchasing and selling of residential and commercial real estate properties. It has significantly increased the speed and effectiveness of our organization's business processes. I'm old enough to remember when all of these processes had to be done by hand and required lots of time standing in front of fax machines or using couriers to send documents back and forth between parties. Docusign has eliminated all of that. I really can't quantify how much time and money this program has saved us over the last 10-15 years but it's a lot. Cons Initially there were some growing pains with Docusign, just as there are with any new technology. Most of them came with having to educate new clients in how to use the program and holding their hands through the process. Thankfully those days seem to be mostly past us now and we rarely have to answer any questions anymore. It’s a reliable tool that makes document signing quick and hassle free. I’ve used it for both personal and work related documents and it works pretty smoothly most of the time. There are a few minor issues here and there, but nothing major. It definitely makes life easier compared to traditional signing methods Pros It makes signing documents digitally very simple. You dont have to print, scan or deal with paperwork anymore which saves a lot of time. The interface is pretty straightforward and guides you step by step, so even first time users can figure it out easily. I also like how fast the turnaround is when sending documents for signatures, especially for contracts and agreements Cons Sometimes the pricing feels a bit high, especially if you only need it occasionally. Also, setting up templates or advanced workflows can be a little confusing at first. There are times when recipients get confused with too many emails or reminders, which can be a bit annoying. May 14, 2025 5.0 I use Docusign during sales to sign receipts and other agreement documents and my overall experience with the product has been marvelous. Docusign has made my signing work get less demanding and more efficient by day. Pros Docusign interface is neat and i had a very easy time learning how to operate during the first days. There a secure file sharing tool which makes it easy to send documents after i have signed them. It offers a seamless integration with sales and marketing products like HubSpot which makes it easy to sign agreements with customers after completing a deal. Docusign has very strict security measures which help keep off anyone else from accessing and using my signature. Cons I have not found anything that is not working in Docusign. Cons Sometimes the auto creation of fields can be a bit off, but by and large the whole package is smooth, with plenty of support documentation. April 24, 2025 4.0 The product itself is very good and has been easily adopted by all of our employees. The administration panel also works well for us and has the features we need to manage our users and reports. They have recently added an enhanced ability to search through text on contracts as well as see expiration dates on documents at a glance which is a nice boost itself. My only real issue is how they price out their product. Pros DocuSign has robust features and has been great for us in streamlining all of the documents we need to have signed by our contractors and clients. It is easy to use and is a core part of how we do business now. Cons The pricing shift to user based has been a challenge mostly because they are reluctant to give us actual pricing per user. It always makes me uncomfortable when dealing with a company that doesn't have upfront pricing. April 24, 2025 5.0 Documents signing work can sometimes be hectic and time consuming but i can attest that having a tool like DocuSign helps a lot. DocuSign has offered me the simplest digital documents signing experience making it possible to quickly sign all documents that needs my signature. DocuSign has helped me adopt the modern e-signing while still maintaining the credibility of signatures. Pros DocuSign has simplified my work of signing documents especially the digital documents. There is a documents manager that help organize all documents that are in the queue to be signed making it easy to know which ones i have already signed and which ones need to be signed. I recommend this to most of my clients if their contracts are straightforward. When it comes to more complex contracts where there's a high chance of red lining items - it's better to use something like Panda Docs which gives more insight into time on page and etc. Pros It's quick and reliable. Great for collecting signatures, and pretty reasonably priced. Love how it's integrated into most of the top apps. Cons It doesn't provide much data on where a potential drop-off might be in terms of someone looking at a contract. It just tracks if someone opened your contract, but doesn't give insight into where any roadblocks might be. Switched from [PandaDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/131735/PandaDoc/) I still love PandaDoc for more complex contracts, but Docusign is much cheaper for more straightforward contracts. Pros DocuSign has a bulk send feature which comes in handy and saves me time whenever i have many documents to sign and send back. Setting up a reusable e-signature was easy and this allows me to sign new documents quickly. DocuSign has incredibly advanced security tools that help keep all documents being signed safe. They also help keep my e-signature private to avoid someone else using it. DocuSign document management tools helps keep documents that are to be signed well organized making it easy to know which ones has been signed already and which ones are pending. The access authentications prevent anyone else from using my e-signature. The multi-party signing option is great when signing agreements with clients. Cons There is no aspect of Docusign that i don't find impressive. Perfect is rare but Docusign has been perfect for me.
