All policies and procedures are in one place. The policies an be searched by using keywords. Also, just stating usi g Insight and Vetted for recruiting.

Cons

At first, the product was hard to manage. It was not very user friendly. As time passed, and used for frequently, it became easier.

Transformational - moving from outdated systems to a comprehensive ecosystem almost feels wrong because it is so foreign.

Pros

The products are built on customer input and improved by customer feedback. This approach is unlike those of other government SaaS platforms.

Cons

The more people aren't aware of it. There are so SaaS companies that don't produce results, many shy away from "just another program that doesn't add value".

All positive, just if I had one thing to pick it would be brighter colors or more pictures for the UI,

Pros

Ease of use, value for money, dependability. The idea of never using an Excel document again is so appealing, I’m looking forward to using this more and learning more about it.

Cons

User interface is a little boring. It all works fine but a little underwhelming. Brighter colors or more pictures would be fun

Our agency has used PowerDMS for over ten years. We started using PowerDMS to address our accreditation and policy management. The platform was easy to use and we adjusted with ease. Of course we encountered growing pains and Customer Support was incredibly helpful and engaged. We’ve now started looking at other PowerDMS platforms to replace existing programs that are not as user friendly.

Pros

PowerDMS is our agency’s go to product. Not only is it easy to use, but it covers a broad range of tasks.

Cons

I do not have any complaints regarding the PowerDMS platform. Their staff are top tier; always looking to the future for the next big thing.
