Customer service/tech support has been great! Their Knowledge Base is ever improving making it easy to access help with a number of topics and making that access easier through webinars and tutorials. The development group seems to take input and feedback seriously in developing better ways for the system to work based on customer feedback.

Great product for law enforcement agencies. If you are an agency that is looking for Accreditation, then take a look at this product. I would recommend setting up a demonstration of this software's capabilities and ease of use. It is definitely worth a look.

Power DMS allows us to centralize all of our policies, forms and training rosters/test in a user friendly, robust platform. Revisions can be reviewed and approved easily, and documents are accessible from anywhere. I especially love their support team. They always make sure we are taken great care of!

One of my colleagues chose this software and trained me to be able to read documents. It is the easiest software that I have seen in use for controlling documents for ISO certification. . It is a great way to be able to connect procedures, training and records of competence.

Pros

It is web based so officers in the field can access the materials. I also like the way it give us information on managing officers reading and testing on the materials.

Cons

Some of the test features are not real intuitive. I had some issues with tests and officers being able to complete them. It was due to my errors but it seemed easier than it turned out.

### "SO easy to update company policies"

Recently, my boss gave me administrative access to our PowerDMS site to update some policies and do an overall clean up of our documents. I found it very easy to change titles of documents, publish revisions and even delete documents that are no longer useful. This site definitely makes the whole process go smoothly

A faster and more organized way to track our Accreditation status's.

Pros

Easy to learn the features and to work with. Excellent resources if I need assistance. I have had some one on one training with the support staff and she is fantastic.

Cons

The automatic task's that populate when no status is set. I would like to be able to turn that feature off.
