After getting used to the interface, it became a powerful and efficient tool for working with PDFs. It helped me complete tasks more quickly, especially when it came to annotating documents and collaborating with others. While there is a learning curve at the beginning, the features and productivity benefits make it worth the effort. **Pros:** I have been using Bluebeam Revu for a few years now and it's so convenient. What I liked most about Bluebeam Revu is its powerful and precise markup tools, which make it easy to annotate and edit PDFs efficiently. The collaboration features, especially Studio sessions, are also a big advantage because they allow teams to work together in real time. Additionally, the measurement and takeoff tools are very useful for projects, helping save time and improve accuracy. **Cons:** What I liked least about Bluebeam Revu is that it can be difficult to learn at first because the interface is packed with features, which can feel overwhelming for new users. I was the go-to for creating Bluebeam exhibits & markups/quantity takeoffs. When people ask me what programs they need to run a construction business, Bluebeam is easily top 3. **Pros:** Bluebeam is the best PDF editor/markup/exhibit creation tool I have ever used.
