Less expensive than Adobe and a multitude of mark up allowing to make pdf more visually striking. Cons There are even less expensive PDF softwares but it depends on your needs. Without Bluebeam Revu, we would have to do multiple iterations of the same drawings to capture updates. Cons The user interface can be challenging. Pros This software works fantastic for pulling measurements off blue prints for estimating. It was also great for marking up plans to pass on to other construction plans. Cons There was not much to dislike with this software. I found it to be slightly hard to navigate in the beginning, but as you learn the short cuts it becomes very easy and intuitive. Previously viewed documents are conveniently placed on the left-hand side for quick review. Cons Sometimes the number of options can be overwhelming. Pros I use the free trial. It is similar enough to adobe that some things came easy to me with little support. The interface platform between companies also helps doing business. Cons It takes a while to learn the program and the icons. The customized tool bar took longer for me to figure out than I would have liked. I still struggle with it some times.
