$3000 a year for a product that looks like it was made in the 80's

Comments: This is a very basic system. It looks and feels like it was made in the late 80's and then never updated. I would be ok with this if I paid a once off fee, but $3000 a year is a huge rip off. For that price they have never upgraded their software or made any improvements to justify a yearly cost.

Hi Matthew, Our software is upgraded every year and our support staff is top notch. I don't see you in our databases, have you ever tried to call us to discuss updates, advanced uses, enhanced workflow features,.... Perhaps this is why you haven't been updated in a while? In addition to software updates, we do a lot of behind the scenes work to make sure the system is compliant with ACR, MQSA, NAPBC, CMS,....
