Multiple domain tracking and reporting. Quickly aggregates on-page optimization opportunities across the entire site. Cons Dashboards and reports allow for customization, but customization options are pre-set and don't allow for "deep" customization. Pulled data still requires quite a bit of manual work cleaning the data, pivoting, and and visualization. The support lacks a bit though We have issues with setting up Facebook and linking account, and sent a few support requests which were all unanswered. Pros It fits all of my multi-reporting needs and bundles it up in a way that is easy to use and easy to understand the data that is being represented. Cons I do wish that they could report Google Ads Phone call. They can report any "conversions" but if a phone call comes through that does not meet the time limit threshold and is not counted as a conversion, it won't be eligible for reporting in Raven Tools. Simple "phone call" data isn't ported in. Not the biggest deal but something that I've noticed would be nice. Review Source James K. Pros The thing I liked most about Raven Tools is the ability to easily run a site report and the in-depth results provided. We also love the online report option that displays data in an organized fashion that is easily navigated and viewed. Cons The backend and front end design could use an update, like a nicer and easier way to understand the front end data for clients. It is very comfortable to use and if you add the Raven-Toolbar to your browser you can add links that you discover in one click. This makes it easy to keep track of external links. What is extremely good about Raven is its reporting function. Every little detail is customizable and you can send automated reports on a regular basis to yourself or other team members or the client. Sometimes I have my doubts about the link researching tool. I think it doesn´t capture always all the links. However, compared to other tools Raven still does a very good job here. Pros Reporting function Raven has a function where you can see the organic competitors of a given URL. That´s extraordinarily useful when you search for guest post prospects. Pros Raven Tools offers a cost-effective platform for small to medium-sized businesses that have analytics and reporting needs. A much better solution to the corporate or agency-targeted models that overcharge horrifically. Cons I can't say is a con of the platform because the limitation comes from Instagram. But an integration to draw Instagram insight - both post and story - would be huge. Gathering data from local search/directory listing services like Moz would also be really something.
