Like that it can be white labeled for clients and price is reasonable compared to other options, especially if you can find a discount. Good tool for running reports to send to new potential clients. I feel like the cons are probably more my issue than Raven's and me just needing to be int he platform longer. Pros I liked that there are online videos to help me through some areas I'm not comfortable with. I also really like how it produced a task list that I can check off and interact with. Cons Sometimes I get confused with the menu on the left-hand side. I click in one area expecting this information to be under this tab and it's under another. Pros Raven Tools is really easy to set up and helps streamline the reporting process and allows the team to focus on providing actionable insights. Cons It is difficult to segment metrics.
