July 21, 2025 3.0 I was overall happy with the program however, the issues that I had caused me to step away from the service. Pros The ability to post to multiple sites was very helpful. The ease of updating the wording of the post to each is also a nice process. I also liked being able to schedule posts. Cons I often found that post would not go out and I would not get any notice that it did not go out and therefore missed it. I also found that it would disconnect from a platform often. Pros I love the ease of scheduling my posts in advance. Im able to draft out my content for months which allows me to be productive in other areas in my profession. The interface is also more approachable than other software i've used in the past. Cons The analytics aren't as accurate. I'm usually having to go directly on the platform I use to pull data so my numbers are correct. Pros What I like about Hootsuite is the ease of use of the whole platform. It’s the first web tool for planning posts and analyzing insights that I have used, right after Canva. I use it almost every day because I really enjoy it, and I can create powerful workflows and automate some tasks. Prioritizing profits over ethics with their decision to enter and uphold contract with ICE. When asked to explain their decision they gave a pre-scripted robotic PR response despite being their client for nearly 10 years. It saves so much time and I think is worth the price point. Pros The dashboard is fairly intuitive, you can manage platforms together -- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn at the same time, e.g. Being able to plan posts ahead is a fantastic feature and links up really well with the content calendar. Cons The free plan seems quite limited and the pricing structure seems irregular.
