Pros I like the stock photos that they will let you use if needed. Some of the options are great. I often use this feature. Cons Some of the integrations with the different platforms don't make sense despite using it for a long time. For example, I can't use the articles photo for Instagram. Having everything in one place just made it easier to manage all of our accounts and made it more likely that we would post. Pros Very easy to schedule and track all of our social media presences in one place! Cons Not much not to like, honestly. It has saved me so much time and effort, and my favourite part is the fact that it is very easy to use and understand. Pros I tried out several social media management platforms and although they came with some nice bells and whistles, none was as easy to use and set up Hootsuite. I appreciate the ability to create multiple tabs for various social listening categories and platform actions. It has made it very easy to calendar future posts and find content to share. Pros Hootsuite is an automation tool for social media. The ability to schedule posts in advance is amazing. Also, there are content streams that show social posts related to topics you choose. This helps us monitor what people are saying in our industry, and what our competitors are posting. I recommend Hootsuite. Cons The API connectors sometimes would be faulty. We had to contact support a couple times to make sure that our platforms stayed connected to Hootsuite. This meant missing out on some data every once in a while. But overall the tool is great. Pros As someone who manages 10+ different social media accounts on various platforms, this is perfect. I get to scan our feeds, established hashtags, and various accounts to monitor comments, activities, and shares. It would be very difficult to log in to many different accounts and make posts or reviews. Hootsuite really helps us save time! It is easy to use, and a great price. Cons Overall not many complaints. Wish there was more extended training opportunities. That feature is only available on the business plan at an expensive price.
