This is a great product that I'd highly recommend. Pros This product allows users to manage all social media sites for your organization or business. This software is a must for social media managers. Cons I never utilized customer service, so I can not speak to that aspect, but everything else has been great and easy to use! It's easy to review lists on Twitter, groups or pages on Facebook, as well as daily activity cross-platform for any one client or company. It's like an all-access pass for monitoring someone's professional social presence - it's great. Being able to organize content that is being shared by other organizations that might be good secondary content for my company was very useful. Cons The pricing structure made any option with reporting and analytics features impossible for my company. Pros I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality. Cons The software simply does not work. 8 tickets later and new problems literally every day. First planing my posts didn't work today I can not post at all. A week has gone by and no solution. Reason for choosing Hootsuite I like the interface. The calendar on this app was very easy to follow and I enjoyed the layout. Cons It lacks more in depth features that some of the competitors have.
