Cons It was bulky and difficult to navigate. The more profiles you add and the more hashtags or things you need to follow, the more complicated it becomes. November 29, 2016 5.0 HootSuite is really powerful to manage and schedule social posts. I've been a loyal user of it, especially when I have to manage so many social accounts. Without HootSuite, managing all the social accounts would take a lot more time and sometimes it can become a chaos. Pros Easy to use, free for managing three social accounts Cons Bulk posts schedule doesn't work very well and it's hard to find the entry to do bulk posts schedule on the site. I think it may be still under development. I like being able to simplify my workflow by using the same posts for IG, TW, and FB. Cons I don't have any major complaints but I feel like overall, it could be a stronger software. December 13, 2016 5.0 We utilize this software to manage our restaurant's social media accounts. Prior to this service it would take far too long to post to accounts and update information on individual sites. Now we can create, schedule, publish, and update all from one dashboard to all of our accounts. This saves both time and allows for more seamless coordination between all of our accounts. You can also see feeds from each account that allows you to track valuable information on a single page. I'd definitely recommend this to any business that is looking to integrate their social media account management. The service is also free up to a certain amount of usage, which is fantastic!
