Grainger KeepStock's platform makes the distribution of supplies to employees easy to track and less time consuming to do.

Cons

I have not run into any major issues when it comes to the utilization of Grainger KeepStock's platform or service.

The sales and customer support team is amazing and always there to help when needed. They have great products on hand and the fastest shipping!

Pros

I love the sales and support team Grainger has. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their products as well as how to walk you through any issues you may run into on the program.

Cons

My only complaint when using the program is images. Some items do not have images associated with the product.

Pros

The inventory is updated quickly on all screens and the ordering is streamlined as long as it is through Granger. It supports a good amount of cross tracking and order support, as well as letting the user set the order levels and stock notifications.

Cons

Ordering from other vendors is difficult, it makes sense but can be troublesome for some harder to find items.

Chat option and logging like costumer option that make me easier to find the correct product and price

main page (lot of info and pictures) and the chat option its not in the main page you have to go to contact option and then go down to see that option

Pros

It is user friendly and I like the ease of using the product which helps me and others in my company as it saves us time.

Cons

There are glitches occasionally but they are worked out timely which helps me when I am having an issue.
