I love all the communication features, ease of use as well as having everything in one system. Anytime I had a problem, the issues was addressed in a timely manner.

Pros

All the features and it's ease of use. The communication feature is awesome. I like the fact you have the option of email parents as well as post things on the blackboard.

Cons

Love to see a little more flexibility in the grading department. Would also like to have a feature where someone can just be able to take attendance without having access to all of the student information.

Excellent. Though you can mostly sove any issues using the Help section, if need be you can contact customer support which is quick to respond.

Pros

1\. User friendly. It is easy to get started on your own by simply exploring the options in the menus and if you need further assistance, the help section presents accurate and easy to read information. 2. You can use it even as a solo teacher. 3. I can send students progress reports that are highly customizable to make them aware of their progress. 4. Taking attendance is a breeze. 5. Easy access from any device as long as you have a working internet connection. It does not even matter what OS you are running, I have used it over Android, Mac OS and Linux.

Cons

Setting up the gradebook. I have tried to import the data from a spreadsheet (.csv) but I have been successful only 50% of the times. Since I only have to do it once per year, it is not too bad.

It fits the needs of our school and it’s free to use. Warble is easy to work with and provides prompt attention.

Pros

Easy to create reports in a pdf format and we can customize reports that look professional. Can use previous grade books without creating new assignments.

Cons

It doesn’t always work in Chrome. There have been times when the server is down and it’s usually right when our grades are due.

Very good. Affordable and efficient. I do not know if another product can deliver at the same price as iGrade. I have seen LMSs that have better features and functionality, but many of these are quite expensive. iGrade fits my school.

Pros

IGrade is responsive when I need help. There have been times I needed a question addressed and a representative reached out within 24 hours as they said they would. iGrade is dependable.

Cons

There are some features it lacks which would aid my role as a school administrator. For example, it would be nice if I attendance was set up so a second period teacher could see which students were absent 1st period. Also, if it could remind teachers to take attendance and notify an administrator if teachers forget.

Price. Canvas was expensive. There were other LMSs which were closer in price to iGrade and we also most chose another. But iGrade had better functionality ratings in G2, and I have found it is easy to operate.

Overall it has been a good experience. Some info tags would be nice on the admin side for entering data and ensuring required formats are understood at input.

Pros

You will not find a better product for this price!!! It is pretty easy to use overall. The summaries are super helpful.

Cons

The reporting can be hard to format/print correctly. URL entry has to be the full URL. Would appreciate if the attendance defaulted to a different format for teachers, the weekly summary is better.

As a teacher, my experience with iGradePlus has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly and helps me stay organized throughout the school year. I especially like how easy it is to enter grades, track student progress, and generate detailed reports. Having everything—grades, lessons, attendance, and notes—in one place makes managing my classroom much more efficient. It’s also helpful during parent conferences and IEP meetings, as I can quickly access and share important data. Overall, iGradePlus has made grading and record-keeping smoother, and I feel more confident knowing I have a reliable system to support my teaching.

Pros

It was easy to navigate and the support line was fast and efficient. I was never booted off while inputting my grades which was a major plus!

Cons

One of the minor frustrations with iGradePlus is the slight lag when switching between tabs or entering multiple grades, which can slow down productivity during busy times. Additionally, printing grade reports can be challenging when trying to include all important information such as individual grades, lesson titles, and quarter summaries. The formatting doesn’t always transfer well to print, often requiring several adjustments to get everything to fit neatly on one page. This can be especially time-consuming when preparing reports for parent meetings or administrative reviews, as users may have to sacrifice some details or spend extra time formatting manually.

iGradePlus is a great school management system, if you're not interested in all the bells and whistles that more expensive school management systems have. iGradePlus is cost-effective and easy to use: a great option for smaller schools on a budget.

Pros

iGradePlus has a very simple interface, and it's easy to use. It takes minimal training to get started. Also, Report Cards are very easy to create.

Cons

There is a lack of features compared to other school management systems. Two core pieces missing are a financial function and an integrated enrollment form. Also, report cards aren't accessible on the app.

IgradePlus meets our needs at this time. Eventually we might need an SIS system but as of right now Igrade meets our needs.

Pros

The cost is very reasonable for our small little school. For the most part the ease of teaching new teachers has been great.

Cons

Making templates seem to be somewhat difficult for me. When running grade cards we have to manually change the headings. Maybe this is our ignorance but it would be nice for the listed teacher to auto populate.

### "Good with potential for great! "

Pretty good experience. I have worked with systems for music that do a better job at layout, ease, updated technically, and time saving, so I know there’s more potential for improvement. But it is nice that mostly this is set up pretty well!

Pros

It is set up well but just glitchy (entering wrong quarter; crashing; freezing…) and has room for improvement (easier to enter assignments). But I really do like it. It is a good way to enter grades, but the technically seems old school and out of date.

Cons

Glitches (puts the wrong quarter in and it makes it take 2-3x as long to enter grades) and some things that could be improved like applying all selected assignments to one quarter or subject. Maybe a way to create more assignments in bulk ahead of time and at once, rather than having to type them all in individually and add “classwork, homework, test, quiz…”. For example, I have assignments I don’t type in a lot of details for to save time, so I enter them All in with the same name. Then I add the grades later under the student. It saves time and makes it way faster but it would make it even faster to create a larger amount of assignments at a time!

We have used iGradePlus for 5 years now. It saves my team a ton of time! We don't need to send updates to parents as they have 24-hour access. It has made doing report cards so easy, as all the averages and scores are calculated for me. Since we share students, it is really easy to run reports and share with my colleagues at a moment's notice. It is detailed enough that I can use it for IEP and 504 meetings without having to look in multiple places. It is a huge timesaver!!

Pros

While there are many things I appreciate about iGradePlus, the most is the ease with which parents can access and stay updated on their children's grades and progress!

Cons

I wish there were a faster automatic save while typing in grades. My internet has disconnected, and I have had to reenter grades for an assignment because, while typing in an assignment, it doesn't autosave fast enough. I am pretty sure that is more human error than a problem with iGradePlus itself.

We have enjoyed igradeplus. Even with minimal training, we quickly learned and loved the ease of use, adding assignments, grading, and adding individuals to the program.

Cons

Finding the needed training on things like attendance, behavior events, pulling reports, etc., has been difficult. I have missed some information somewhere. Not having the texting feature and online registration has been difficult.

Pros

I'm able to keep track of grades more efficiently. I am also able to document class attendance. I have the ability to include of my classes, descriptions of class work assignments and keep the information aligned to the various yearly quarters.

Cons

I need to learn how to utilize the behavior section in collaboration with the class PBIS standards. I'd love to have the app for teachers on my phone. When I downloaded it it only gave me two options...student and parent.

I'm very happy with igradeplus for it's ease of use. When the website I was using shutdown, I was happy to find igradeplus because it is even better than the old one... and it's free. It allows me to easily track trends in academics, behavior, attendance, and more.

Pros

I love that I can track a variety of data all in one place and parents have access to that data. It's not limited to just a digital gradebook.

Cons

I didn't have anything I don't like about it. I'm still discovering all it can do. I'm very happy with the website.

Pros

I love that I can submit grades and know they are locked in once submitted, unlike on other sites that take forever to upload the grades.

Cons

When a name change occurs, you must email customer support to request the change, and you will need to wait for their response before updating the name on your profile for grading purposes.

Pros

I really like how organized they are. They do a great job of keeping students data clear and easy to read. I absolutely LOVE grading on iGradePlus, it's so easy and efficient.

Cons

I don't like how iGradePlus is missing some features that I personally believe it should have. I think iGradePlus should adopt the use of Digital Hall Passes. I also think they should add turnstyles so students can check in and check out of locations at school. I also think iGradePlus should add a program for the School Nurse.

We've used iGradePlus for over 5 years now and it completely meets our needs for a very reasonable price. We have had roughly 160-220 students throughout that time and 30 or so classes, with 16+ teachers.

Pros

This program fits our program's needs perfectly. Our students, parents and teachers can interface and everyone's needs are met, assignment distribution, access to grades, email communication... the support staff are quick and effective.

Cons

Probably the main thing I'd like to see is being able to fully access 2 years at once, at least for a few months...

Overall, iGradePlus is easy to use. I can add study materials to assignments, track grades, behavior, and attendance in one place. My reports are easy to generate at the end of the term.

Pros

I enjoy making assignments and grading them quickly. It is easy to keep track of assignments, attendance, and the average grade week to week.

Cons

I have a rotation of classes. I wish there were a way to add assignments to multiple terms, but I don't think this is possible with the way my employers have things set up (only one class active at a time).

I don’t have to calculate grades nor keep track of attendance. The portions that I use are easy to navigate.

Lesson planning portion. It’s not easily transferred from date to date for changes and it’s not in a visual format that works for me.

I’ve been a user of iGrade for several years and it’s always been a really good experience. If I’ve ever had a question, someone is quick to reply and the FAQ section has been helpful.

Pros

It’s very user friendly and as a teacher I appreciate how easy and quick it is! It’s easy to organize assignments, communicate, and personalize each class.

Cons

I don’t like that you need to enter each grade individually. I wish you could have a drop down arrow - for example on a class participation grade or completion grade assignment it would be nice to have a drop down arrow and give everyone a 100 at once.

Pros

Communication capacity and grading matrix was nice. Love the ability to upload documents relevant to work and what has been handed out so all students have access to material even when absent.

Cons

Must ensure you have toggled correctly for publication communication after updated. Usually all have been reset. Wish past years lesson plans posting would be accessible.

I had several questions about this program and the staff was fairly responsive to any requests for help. We usually got it figured out, but there are still some kinks to work out within this system.

Pros

Fairly easy to figure out and use for daily calculation of grades. It is very much like Infinite Campus in its appearance and working.

Cons

There are several bugs and there is no way to separate 1st and 2nd semester view for a school year. There should be a way to do this. We thought archiving would take care of that, but it did not. There needs to be a way to name 1st and 2nd semester classes and run schedules for them by checking a box on what you want to run. Also, there appears to be a discrepancy for some of our students in the calculation of GPA grades.
