It's been great for the school. The staff is able to use it due to the system being user friendly. The note taking made a great place to document counseling sessions.

Pros

Easy to manuver through. Once you figured out the steps. You could copy and paste the assignments into another grade book.

Cons

I could never do a signature to the grade reports. We could go directly via phone to speak with a tech person.

Pros

easy to use and keeps great records and you have choices on ways to present records. I love the fact that I can edit as i please.

Cons

none i love igradeplus and it is easy to use and I will continue to use it as long as i can. I will also share.

After using Igrade I honestly wouldn't use anything else or go back to a manual gradebook. It is the perfect simple and effective tool I have always needede.

Pros

I love the easy and simple usage of it and how it gives me the specific tools I need for grading. I love how I can keep track of a student's progress during our six weeks

Cons

I don't have a con. Igrade is always upgrading and making improvements. If I do have an issue customer service has responded immediately.

Our school and teachers love it. Each year we begin with a quick trip through iGrade with new teachers, and they leave in awe of what they are able to do and the ease of maneuvering through the system. We look forward to many years with iGrade.

Pros

I love the ease and efficiency. The capability to share documents and links is outstanding. I love how students can submit work online!

Cons

Sometimes there are a few glitches, but that is to be expected with technology. Customer service is always quick to answer and fix any issues!

I use it for my high school English classes and I love it. It saves me time and keeps my gradebooks organized.

Pros

It has saved me so much time.It keeps my classes organized, and it calculates my students' grades for me.

Cons

Setting up my classes. It wasn't difficult, but it was confusing because I was new to the website. After the first time, it is easy and intuitive.

I loved using it because it was free, flexible, easy to learn, and accurate. I used it for 3 consecutive years when my school was just using excel.

Pros

Flexibility in having various options for organising grades. It had different options to name assessments too.

Cons

The outdated look it has for the interface.I t could improve by making certain tasks more automised.

It freezes up frequently. Both the iverall system and when I am entering grades, it often enters only the first digit in the number you enter. Also, you cannot scroll through grades on a mobile device

Pros

I don’t have to figure out the grades manually which is a definite time saver. It’s a single place to keep grades and has a place to upload work.

Cons

It needs to be more streamlined and user friendly. The interface is clunky and confusing to navigate.

Overall, Igrade really helped me a lot with my lessons, it's not complex to use and has a lot of useful tools for a teacher

Pros

The possibility to assign grades, to create lessons, to send advice and notes to our students and to manage your classes

Cons

It is not possible to make a schedule of scheduled lessons and for these lessons to appear on the teacher's home page on the days of the scheduled lessons.

Overall my experience went pretty well. As a first time user I was able to navigate through the website with ease.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed using IGradePlus for my classes. Everything is so easy to access I never have to waste time searching for what I need. The layout is clean and simple, which makes navigating through the courses a breeze. What I appreciate most is how well-organized everything is. The schedule, course materials, and reminders all work together to keep me on track. It’s made a big difference in how I manage my time and stay focused. I feel more in control of my learning thanks to how well this platform is set up. It’s truly been a game changer for me.

Cons

\- There is no automatic save option. One major drawback I’ve experienced while using IGradePlus as a teacher is the lack of an automatic save option. When creating or editing lesson plans, assignments, or student feedback, I have to remember to manually save everything. This becomes frustrating, especially during busy days when I’m multitasking or get interrupted. I’ve lost progress multiple times simply because I forgot to hit save before navigating away or encountering a connection issue. An automatic save feature would greatly improve the platform’s usability and reliability, helping teachers avoid unnecessary stress and ensuring that no important work is accidentally lost.

I enjoy iGradePlus. It is a great way to manage attendance, grades, and course content. It is easy to use and has so many options that I am still learning what I can use for the courses I offer.

Pros

The ease in inputing assignments, grading them if students uploaded them, and the extra tabs to post links and documents.

Cons

There is no place to actually give multiple choice quizzes or tests. This would be such an asset to me as a tutor!

Not bad overall but I do wish it would integrate to a wordpress site or even a simple API to view grades.

Pros

Easy and cheap way to manage gradebooks. The system for assignment and grading is well planned out and easy to manage.

Cons

Hard to create reports and no way to create account statements to track payments. Would also be nice to have more control over a calendar that we can pick each day of class individually to build a class schedule.

Amazing! I recommend it frequently. I love how easy it is to navigate the system for me, faculty as well as students.

Pros

We love the customer support and the ease of the system. Faculty and students can interact and see the homework assignments which is helpful

Cons

I would like for students to be able to see all their grades since we have a 3 year program. They can only access one year and I have to do a grade history report for them to see their total gpa

Overall, I have been happy. It is better than the other system I have used in the past. I also really appreciate the quick response to my questions!

Pros

I like the ease of access, the easy way to drop grades, and the "help" access. I also the quick response from the owner.

Cons

I didn't like that I had to add a note when trying to post a bulletin. I also didn't like that I couldn't not time bulletin releases. The template the report card does not meet my needs. Specifically, it runs over to two pages.

It has been a positive experience. I appreciate how easy it is to learn to use the program. I would recommend the program.

Pros

Having a daily average of my students' grades. It is easy to pull up any subject or student and see the averages.

Cons

Filling in assessments for character qualities. The process feels clunky and could be improved if a user coukd enter their own data instead of choosing from a list of options.

Overall, the site is decent & easy to use. We use it for our church online Bible classes & for the most part our staff doesn’t have many issues.

Pros

IGRADE is a decent platform to use, it’s user friendly & easy to navigate. Tabs are easily accessible & you’re able to access your files pretty easy.

Cons

At times it can be hard to find certain tabs on the back end as an admin. As an admin it’s not always easy to invite students to a class and/or sometimes when u invite students & they don’t accept the invite right away the admin has to go on the back end & do multiple steps such as take the student off the roster then put them back on & re-invite them again in order for the students to receive a new invite.

I have loved igradeplus. It is took over my roll book and allows me to keep great records. The records are accessible and easily parsed for accuracy. They have multiple parent sharing options as well.

Pros

It's user friendly and does a lot. Very reasonable as well. The records are accessible and easily parsed for accuracy. They have multiple parent sharing options as well.

Cons

Drop down menus prone to mistakes. Wrong names get clicked and then the notes get erased when switching.

Wonder we will use again next year it has streamlined so much for us and the ability to log in anywhere is the best

Pros

The grading system is easy to use and the ability to set up individual classes is great. Also adding multiple teachers is a great feature as well. Web based is awesome

Hard to navigate attendance tracking at first but after a few days it works quite well once you know how to navigate the program.

Pros

I like the ability to correct errors and override final averages. I like the ability to archive/unarchive students.

Cons

The drop down menu would be better if it could start on current page. The email ability and functions could be improved.

I find iGrade easy to use. The costumer service can’t be beat. I would recommend this product to others.

The \[sensitive content hidden\] is excellent. His customer service is quick and complete. He has always been there to help exactly at the time you need it.

Cons

Because I use Mac products, my browser can be a conflict, but it just takes a browser refresh and I’m on my way inputting data.

Fantastic tool and highly recommended! Makes grading much easier! I easily increased my productivity by 75% by using this tool!

Pros

The ease of use. Igradeplus is easy to use, fast and intuitive! The different views of the student work and assignments, being able to grade quickly and the extract reports!

Cons

There are occasional glitches when creating assignments, and it captures the wrong grading period, but other than that, no issues.

What I liked most is the amount of options it has for grades and assignments. It made it easy to customize.

Cons

What I liked least is the functionality or accessibility of the site. I would like it to be easier to find selections of attendance or assignments. There is a lot of clicking and window changes that could be streamlined.
