It was an efficient way to share files and assignments, as well as grades. Pros It is so simple! I like that everything is easy to use and not too complicated. It is pretty simple for teachers, students, and parents to figure out. Cons It can be a little clunky or not load right for students. I showed the gradebook software with colleagues and they also liked how it could be accessed from work and home. Pros I liked that I could access my grades from work and home. It was easy to use and quick to set up. I used it for every subject I taught. Cons I would like there to be a print out for parents with their child's missing assignments. It has been very helpful in keeping data on each of the my students throughout the year. Pros It is very easy to set up and use. It is free which is a bonus since I do not have any extra money to put into a grading system. Cons It would be nice if all of the students in my class could be added to all of the topics at once rather than one at a time. Not a big deal, but it would save me a little time. I like the various features it has, though some of them are still “coming soon” after quite a while. If something goes wrong on their end, they let us know ASAP! Pros How easy it is to use is what I like most! I’m not great with computers and even I can use it. It is easy to use as a parent and a teacher. Cons I wish I could see the emails I send somewhere besides my inbox! I only have to use it for 2 classes but it has been sufficient. There are things that our assistant is able to take care of for me if needed. Pros I find it to be user friendly. I don’t have to go too deep into it but it has been easy to use for what I need it for. Cons I feel like it’s a little tough to use on a phone which I need to do from time to time. Just put in your student info and subjects and grades. Pros Love the ease and flow of the website! Very easy to navigate and explore. Love how you can add more detail and make it fit your needs. Cons The only Con is that I can’t sync it with my school’s grading system so I have to manually put every grade in each reporting period. Easy to maneuver and use no extensive training necessary. Security seems good. Pros Easy to use, convenient. It is easy enough to use on my phone when I don’t have access to a computer. Its a great homeschool gradebook app. I will 100% recomend this gradeboom. IGradePlus is a awesome gradebook. Plus it keeps track of attendance and behaviors. Pros Its a wonderful grade app to keep track of homeschool grades. I just started doing homeschool this year and this was the first gradebook i used and I love it. Cons It wont stay logged in long. The reports are comprehensive and easy to set up. Pros The ease of use was want made me begin using it and that I can customize it for my needs is what keeps me using it for another year. That truly helps conserve time and energy on my part. Pros I like that you can see the grades just like they are in my hard copy grade book. This makes it so much easier to see if a grade is missing or was typed in wrong. Cons Some of the features are hard to find and navigate. It took me a while to find the place where I can see the grades like a grade book. Once I found it I liked it and could find it again. It just wasn't labeled so it was difficult to find at first. I also wish it had more capabilities but understand of the affordability and its relationship with features. I use the free version primarily for calculating grades that I was doing manually beforehand. Maybe once Internet access is more widely available in my area it could be a great tool for our school so the parents could be more involved in their child's education. Pros I like the ability to quickly enter scores for assignments and have the grades automatically calculated. Cons There are a lot of features that are not relevant to me.
