Pros The feedback was detailed for the assignments. The rubrics were easy to use as well as they met all criteria. Cons The platform was expensive for a teacher to purchase alone. It is a place where you can see the overall behavior for the students. Pros The ability to track and create attendance sheets. The ability to have a set database of parent contacts. I was able to have what I needed to send grades to my he school counselor. The grade reports look professional. Pros I like the fact that it allows me to print out a great report summary. I love the fact that I can name a category for each assignment. Cons No complaints! It’s also free which would genuinely make me use this if I have a school. Pros It was easy to create classes and add students to it, really good for experimenting with classes and grading methods. Cons There is nothing I can say that is negative about this product. I couldn't be happier with the software, the "freeness" of it as well as all the comprehensive components. I reverted back to Google Classroom. Pros Being able to access to the whole school/program and other classrooms to verify grades was a nice benefit. Cons That I could not connect it to my current Google Classroom. It took many many hours to attempt to transfer all of my assignments from there to iGrade :( Review Source RM Rose M. Pros I like how teachers can customize terms such as semesters or other time periods, and set grading scales. I enjoy using the software and making the best of it. Pros That it was a free resource with a lot of ways to create efficient and quality reports. I was also impressed with the ability to create multiple gradebooks. Cons I didn't like that there wasn't an app that I could control the gradebooks on. I am surprised all of the features offered are free. Pros It is a very comprehensive system. It has many features to meet educators individual needs and requirements. It made it so easy to keep track of students and their attendance and grades. Pros Inexpensive, easy to use, cloud based, parent and student portals Cons the only thing I wish it would do is notify parents if there is a missing assignment. My school uses blackboard which I think is a quagmire of complicated maneuvers to get even the least bit of information. I found my students (I do ask them) much prefer IGradePlus.com over anything these educational enties put forward. I have convinced 3 colleagues to use it. Easy sell. Pros Look this gradebook is easy to use, easy to figure out (even for me) and extremely reliable. It always is up and running 24/7. My students love it. Cons The selecting of grade categories and % of each category is a little daunting (for me). Just not quite as easy as everything else.
