Pros: Adobe Document Cloud is a very useful tool for storing, searching and viewing digital files on the internet, and integrates with Adobe in different versions for desktop PCs such as Acrobat DC, in addition to mobile and web applications, such as Fill & Sign, PDF, among others. The Adobe Document Cloud allows both people and organizations through digital documentation to work faster, with the lowest error rate, with the lowest costs since paper is avoided, which leads to improved productivity, or reach the goal of what was expected. The documents stored in the cloud can be shared depending on the levels of security that go from the development of the software to the operations of the tool, providing confidentiality of the files that develop the program, as well as of all the information that is stored, and even the personal or organizational data of whoever uses the program. Another important aspect to consider is the cost of the program itself and its ease of purchase, and it is available on the internet at the Adobe store, and they provide several plans according to the client's needs, which makes it possible to acquire according to the client's needs. to the characteristics of the use that will be given to the program, and to the availability of financial resources. For those people who do not know or have not used the Adobe Document Cloud tool, it also has a trial version that allows you to test the program for a certain time before buying it, in order to provide security f

Cons: As users of Adobe Document Cloud I really have nothing to object to the use of the program, possibly the failure that has occurred to me in some opportunities is that once I was disconnected for lack of update, and did not let me update, but solve it and I continued working without any problem, and I have not lost the information that I have stored.

Overall: In my daily research work I used many PDF files, of different sizes (from very large books, to articles or extracts of few pages), which can be stored through this tool, and each time the use is required. from those files it is easy to access through the icon on the screen to search for them, without having to affect the capacity of the computer equipment. Stored files can be shared with groups of jobs and can even be sent to others for reading. It provides quiet and security in terms of stored documents, and does not allow other people on the Internet to have access to them without proper authorization.

Pros: Adobe Document Cloud is a confusing name that changes too often. Adobe Reader is the free PDF viewer. Adode Document Cloud, aka Adobe Acrobat allows you tremendous flexibility to organize, manage, and change PDF files. If the text of your documents is searchable (Either because it was created that way, or you ran character recognition), then that is very helpful to locate information and avoid using paper.

Cons: Adobe Document Cloud is a separate download, and a slow installation. Installation is unnecessarily complicated, and it may require their technical support.

It may seem that you can achieve the same features by using the Adobe Reader because a user can sign-in, but that is illusory. All of the features are with the Document Cloud and you will no longer need the separate Reader installed.

Overall: I manage tens of thousands of pages of documents. I can search, assemble together, separate, mail, and compare which saves me time.

Pros: Ability to edit PDF's Can create PDFs with content from various sources We use it to distribute documentation to our users - easy to modify and redistribute so they always have the latest version Ability to combine PDF files, re-arrange and delete pages Great tool for research - save web pages as PDF, which you can later edit to combine with other info.

Cons: The editor is fairly primitive, in fact, it says if you want to do a lot of editing, it is better to do that in another app (such as Word) and then copy that content back into the PDF (or create a new PDF). Exporting to Word does not act as you would expect - instead of creating a normal Word document, it inserts sentences and paragraphs into separate text boxes, which may look fine to the observer, but is practically impossible to edit. You're better off with copy/paste functions, which give you the text but not the formatting.

Pros: The software solution allows me to create and edit PDFs. The fact that I can edit text in a PDF file is a great feature. This is something that I use almost every day. It is very easy to use and intuitive. The other great feature I love about this software is organizing PDFs. I submit immigration petitions. So, I scan in documents and sometimes have to reorganize or add documents to a scan. This program allows me to reorganize documents with ease. There are countless other features in this software. I do use some, but not all of them. But, this software is an invaluable solution for my legal practice.

Cons: It will occasionally crash on me, but that happens.

Overall: It increased the productivity of my firm by allowing us to create and edit PDF files with ease.

Pros: What I liked most about this software was how easily it can be used accross multiple devices. I use various operating systems and application on various devices, and I have not had an iissue using Adobe DC on any of them. I have not had any issues in relation to the hardware I was using and the software seems to run quite similarly and flawlessly accross my devices. I do not appreciate it when software lags on different platforms, amd with this program, it is a non-issue.

Cons: I do not truly have any complaints with this software. The only area I coudl see where there could be some improvement is in relation to speed. Sometimes depending on the file being manipulated, the software might be slower or take a little time to load.

Overall: Overall I have had a very positive experience using Adobe DC. It is something that I use daily and I rely on as my work location physically changes constantly and intranet services are not always available for me to access my work server. Adobe DC makes it easier for me to work independently as well from my emails and allows me to have my documents at my fingertips.

Pros: Adobe DC allows me to do really serious work with pdf's - extracting, converting, creating new documents, signing, combining documents and more. It really facilitates work even with multi-hundred pages documents.

Cons: Sometimes a bit slow even though I use reasonably powered computer. But opening a large pdf is not an easy feat anyway. The Document Cloud itself is located somewhere in the cloud and the company is not very talkative about the jurisdiction their servers are placed in. Likewise the encryption upon uploading/downloading could have been much safer. If you worry about safety and security of your data you better not store them in the Adobe DC, but use safe encrypted cloud storage such as Tresorit for document exchange.

Overall: It allows me to do my work

Pros: Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud (DC) has a subscription payment scheme that allows for installations on not one, but two computers. I have a "Pro" subscription that allows me to basically do anything with respect to document compilation, labeling/designation, and even basic editing. What I like most about it is its versatility--it has tens, if not hundreds, of possible applications (and not just with respect to Court).

Cons: On rare occasions, the program crashes or slows down. In addition, the program and its update service utilize a fair amount of system resources. Using the Cloud is also not easily intuitive in that at first, it's difficult to figure out what you've uploaded. Beyond these minor quirks, however, there's not much really to criticize.

Overall: Extreme time savings, productivity boost, the ability to go "Paperless," and the ability to comment on various documents and share those comments with others.

Pros: I use Adobe DC to complete work tasks daily. Having the ability to digitally sign and type on scanned PDF documents saves me a lot of time, ink, and paper. Creating easy to use PDF forms also cuts down on toner and paper use company-wide.

Cons: When I need to do multiple things on a document like edit text, add a page, and place my signature, there are a lot of clicks to get to each task. I also do not find the cloud service useful, personally.

Which brings me to the price of this product, am I paying for cloud storage or am I paying for the freedom to edit my documents?

Pros: Adobe Document Cloud allows you to conveniently create PDF files with content from different sources. It is possible to merge PDF documents, reconfigure and delete pages from them. Using it you can save web pages.

Features are updated and new ones introduced regularly

Cons: The web editor looks quite primitive, especially if you need to edit a lot of information.

Slowly open large files even though I have a fairly powerful computer.

Web UI is frustratingly aged and not built for quick folder and other searches

Pros: I use the Adobe Scan app on my phone to make copies and store documents and they go straight to the document cloud. I don't know that I'd use the document cloud that much if it weren't for the scanning app because I also use Google drive. Because Adobe has so many other great products it's great to have a cloud account associated with them. Also, it is invaluable knowing that these files are secure and comply with HIPAA without any additional work or money (required by most online programs that are HIPAA compliant).

Cons: The files are difficult to organize. You can't easily drag and drop them into a folder--you have to click on each file to move it to a new location. I would not want to use this for all of the files I want in the cloud because of this.

Overall: I use this daily and love that I can access it on my computer and on my phone.

Pros: Oftentimes in my profession I have to send documents too large to attach to a regular email. In these cases, Adobe Document Cloud offers an option right in Outlook that I can use to upload the documents and then insert a link directly in the email.

Cons: There have been a few people that tell me they cannot access the documents through the link. I'm unsure whether they just didn't know how to use computers very well, or if it legitimately did not work. Out of the large number of times I've used it, only a couple people have complained of this so I assume it was just user error. Also, sometimes the Outlook option disappears for no apparent reason. I'm thinking that has something to do with my add-ons in Outlook, but I have been unable to figure it out.

Overall: Overall I would highly recommend this software. I love that it is integrated with Outlook and super easy to use!

Pros: Adobe Document Cloud has allowed our firm to create high quality reports fully demonstrating our firm's capabilities on a daily basis. Furthermore, we have been able to standardize quality of output across our organization with multiple users resulting in a cohesive brand regardless of internal account manager associated with any given project.

Cons: I can honestly say that there are no readily apparent negatives associated with Adobe Document Cloud, even after years of use.

Pros: The need to edit a saved PDFs is often an ad hoc situation. However, when the need arises - and it will - you're in a bind without Adobe Document Cloud (ADC). In this way, ADC is sort of like insurance: don't get caught without it. Updating and re-saving PDFs is simple and effective.

Cons: The problem with variable, random software need or usage is that a lot of money can be expended for no perceived value. Again, very much like paying for insurance. You know you need it but hope you never have to use it. In the case of ADC, you're paying so you hope you'll need it. When ADC sits idle it can feel like a poor use of money. My only issue was a random, rare need for ADC which made the product feel like it was not worth the value. That said, when the need to modify a PDF arose, the product was worth its weight in gold.

Pros: The platform does the same things from other similar systems. But it has an advantage for those who use Adobe software. Synchronization within editing programs is very good and saves a lot of work time.

Cons: Despite having a very good sync ... for some reason I still use more of the other competing systems than it does for quitting my files ... leaving to use it only with some element...

Overall: I love creating folders with key project files that I'm working on right now. So I can use a symbol I created in Illustrator and use it in Photoshop without having to search and open a file in my folders.

Pros: 1) The Software-as-a-Service (Saas) subscription model works to cut the price of this formerly very expensive software so as to make it affordable; 2) Mostly anything that you would want to do in terms of archiving hardcopy documents and sharing them (along with comments) with friends or colleagues is available.

Cons: 1) It does tend to crash not only itself but also other programs on occasion; 2) Working with the various layers in editing mode can be a bit tedious.

Pros: I primarily use this program if I need to collaborate with other with a PDF document directly. It makes signing documents very easy, which is my primary use. But the fact that I don't have to someone drive 30 minutes to sign a document and that I can then just do a straight upload of that document, instead of printing, signing, scanning, uploading, makes it a must have in the office.

Cons: Other functionalities outside of the PDF fall short of the competition, and some services are more expensive than you'd like. However, with the time and money that it saves with indirect costs it more than makes up for it.

Overall: It's been a life saver when an item needs to be approved with a signature asap, and the editing/comment tools makes collaboration for end or near-end documents extremely useful.

Overall: Anyone who's closed a deal within the past several years probably has a similar love hate relationship with eSigning software like Adobe's Document Cloud. Anxiety while triple checking the details, a sanity saving audit trail of opens/signatures and ideally, a brief moment of bliss when you get notified that the document has been executed and then routed wherever it needed to go so you can kick back and relax for moment. In my opinion, if you already use and like Docusign, there's no clear reason to switch to Adobe Document Cloud. If you aren't using anything to digitally manage your documents, I highly recommend Adobe.

Cons: The only wish for developers is the need for a Toggle Sync look on/off hot key. Otherwise, I was pleased with the work of this cloud.

Pros: I do all my reading through PDF documents I can find anything in PDF format to download and read and yep my main reading app is not Amazon it is PDF reader because of the document Cloud I can save it it's always there I can bookmark what page I'm on when I come back I can pick up where I left off and it works across all devices I love it.

Cons: Nothing at all but I am a fan of pdf anyway because they are so clear and easy to enlarge, read and manage.

Overall: One of my guilty-pleasures because it always works. It's fast and you only need download it once from the cloud and you can continue reading offline if it's needed.

Pros: Very quick and easy to use. Once our Echosign documents are set up, it's just a matter of a few minutes to retrieve them from the cloud, fill out the required fields, then email them for signatures. You can track the files' progress and set up reminders if they don't come back in timely fashion. This systems saves a lot of time by automating what can be a tedious task of monitoring paperwork processes.

Cons: I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I have to pre-fill the name/address/corporate info fields before sending these to the signing parties. Otherwise, the recipients don't - or can't - fill out those fields and I'm unable to alter them after the fact. I haven't figured this one out, so I simply make sure I have it all pre-filled as best I can.

Overall: We use Adobe Echosign for sublicensing agreements. What used to take days, if not weeks, via snail mail now executes in a matter of minutes via email. Although this was confusing to start, the process is very simple once a document template is set up. The best part is how quick, simple and easy it is for us to get the necessary signatures, then forward the documents for record-keeping.

Pros: Easy to send out the document for electronic signing. Speed of use.

Cons: The monthly charges associated with using the software, but that is something to be expected. If the software is great at what it does, the charge is nominal and totally worth it.

Overall: I personally love Adobe Document Cloud and the flexibility it offers in terms of accessing your documents from anywhere as long as you have a data connection. The main feature I really like is Adobe Sign, a very user-friendly and intuitive e-signature application. Whenever I need a signature quickly from someone in a different location, I convert the document to a .pdf and prepare the document for the signor's electronic signature (which is date-stamped and comes with a digital proof of execution) and email it off for execution. Once the signor opens the link, he is directed to the e-signature line and selects a "digital signature." Once he executes it, Adobe Sign alerts me and send me the fully executed document. Couldn't be slicker or easier to get stuff signed.

Recommendations to other buyers: Not at this time.

Comments: I absolutely could not live without my Adobe Document Cloud!! I use it daily for business and personal documents. It is a must have on my Note 4 smartphone..... I am not a big fan of opening business email attachments in Word, so I am constantly using Adobe and storing all of my files in my Document Cloud. I also use a laptop, and an iPad for business daily, so all of my documents are synced between all devices. It truly makes my life so much easier. I work from home and am constantly receiving emails from my corporate office that contain attachments I need to save...,just a click and they are on all of my devices!!

Pros: Ease of use. Synchronization between my Android phone, iPhone, iPad, and my laptop. So convenient, simple, and very quick to save documents to my Document Cloud.

Cons: None. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Adobe Document Cloud. I love it!!

Pros: I use the Adobe Document Cloud cloud service to store electronic PDF documents. One of the main advantages of the tool is a high level of personal data security. It is possible to sign electronic files.

Cons: The main problem with the Adobe Document Cloud tool is a serious dependence on the speed of the Internet. For example, while working with a mobile device, the performance of a document editor is sharply reduced due to a low connection speed.

Pros: Features related to managing forms, such as fill-in forms or signature routing, are best-in-class. PDF management tools are unparalleled, with options for creating, exporting, merging, or reordering. Mobile apps add killer functionality.

Cons: Adobe Document Cloud isn't the ideal solution for teams seeking a collaboration tool, as it isn't as robust in sharing, collaboration, or security as some competitors. Plus, PDF features leaves little room for other file types.

Overall: You can subscribe to Adobe Document Cloud on its own or as part of Creative Cloud, a package of nine Adobe tools that also includes Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Document Cloud comes bundled with Adobe Acrobat DC, a desktop product, though each can also stand alone.

Pros: I loved that Adobe let me edit .pdf files easily and send them for signature easily, at an affordable price.

Cons: The new dashboard doesn't show who a form was sent to, and it doesn't show whether they signed it. Tracking is available only via email confirmations. Used to open the dashboard and see who signed (or didn't sign) forms that were sent. Now it is just a long list of form names that's unhelpful and worthless. Multiple calls to customer service were also unhelpful. Clear language barriers that ultimately results in being told to "request a new feature," when this feature was always present up until this update.

Pros: It's super easy to use, which means that it's great for collaboration with colleagues who aren't tech-oriented. The integration between mobile devices and the cloud-based service has been pretty seamless, and the mobile apps are well designed and work reliably. It has eliminated the use of scanners for us. The utilities to enhance PDFs work well for the most part.

Cons: Only one thing - I wish there were more capability for editing PDFs in the mobile app. It's super easy to create them in the mobile app, but once they're created you're really limited in what you can do to/with them.

I use this software for contracts and tax documents with both subcontractors and clients.

Pros: I like the fact that it has broad features for working with pdf documents including the ability to edit documents before I send, include multiple data and signature fields and stores my frequently used documents and tax forms in its online library. It also seems easy for people to figure out on their end when I request a signature from someone the first time.

Cons: The monthly fee may be a little high for the few times I use it each month, but is worth it to me to use an Adobe product and to have the flexibility it offers.

Overall: Easy but flexible online signature collection for contracts along with online tax form collection of W-9s.

Pros: I like to use Adobe Document Cloud, because with its help I can securely store my important documents. The software integrates perfectly with Acrobat, as well as many other products of this company.

Cons: Symbols do not always turn into words, so personal intervention is sometimes required. At times, when interacting with some files, the Document Cloud starts to work much slower.

Pros: The Adobe Document Cloud tool is easy to use, converting photos to PDF documents. I have the ability to conveniently store my files on the cloud, to which I can access at any time.

Cons: The functionality of the mobile application is significantly truncated, so there are few possibilities for editing PDF files. When you open several windows at the same time, the speed of work slows down.

Pros: Everyone on the working machine has files that can't be deleted, but they are not used every day. It can be documents, manuals, specifications, etc. I do not know how anyone, but I have terabytes of information. Cloud storage has become a real salvation for my hard drive. Very comfortably. In the cloud, documents can be sorted and worked with them online.

Cons: There is not always an opportunity to access information, because at times the Internet is lost, I do not think that such a problem is only in our company.

Pros: The software works along well with my other apps on my iPad Pro. There are times when using Adobe was the only way to go. There were times when certain documents that I needed could not be emailed unless I was using Adobe.

Cons: The software could use more: options, a little bit more easy to use, and scanning options.

Overall: My overall experience has been okay. I don't use it much but when I do, it has been a lifesaver.

Pros: - It's great how you can edit PDF documents, scanned documents, it helps you saving time and money in paper, ink.

- Handles large documents without problems.

Cons: - It's a platform a little bit expensive to common users.

- You can't use it for 1 month and leave, because platform demands you to assume annual commitment.

Overall: Editing daily documents it's possible with this tool.

Pros: You can easily convert from MS Office products in Adobe, share documents and edit within the cloud. It also allows easy access to files from anywhere.

Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve in trying to locate features and functionality with Adobe DC verses Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Once you figure this out though, Adobe DC is quite a powerful tool.

Pros: I love how mobile this makes us. We can share & sign digital documents from literally anywhere. The need to be in the office is just not there anymore - we can work from home, on the road, wherever.

Cons: I would like to have the ability to edit & make changes within the document itself, without having to manipulate the pdf in any way.

Pros: A simple to use document service that allows you to create and/or edit PDF files and then collect electronic signatures on those files, if needed. A great tool for organizing your PDF files as well.

Cons: There is a learning curve to understanding how to use the full functionality of the software. There is also an issue I experience where occasionally the program will freeze and I will need to restart. In these instances, my data is not lost, even if I had not saved recently.

Overall: Create and edit PDF's and collect electronic signatures.

Pros: I've been using the service for several months. Very satisfied with the results. The experience turned out to be rich, but positive in its basis. To work online you need to get used to. Advantages: automatic saving of documents, access at any time, from any device and from any place.

Cons: Sometimes you have to have a lot of patience. Like any other, this service is highly dependent on the speed of the Internet. Sometimes it hinders, not without it. But it happens rarely enough.

Pros: I work from home and two offices. Adobe Cloud allows me to access and edit documents wherever I am. Recently added Acrobat and use it daily. Excellent product for the money!

Cons: In editing, I would love more functionality in font style, highlighting, and circling text for emphasis. Adobe is so sophisticated, I'm assuming the functionality is there, and I just don't know how to use it.

Overall: I use it daily for multiple purposes--editing, completing forms, saving information online for easy access, etc. So glad I ordered!

Pros: Like all applications of the company, in fact it is a complex that allows you to use the entire software package at the same time, which perfectly complement each other. The biggest plus is the ability to work in the absence of the Internet. Subscription remains available even offline.

Cons: Updates do not always come out on time and are relevant. The level of technical support is not too high, sometimes it is simply impossible to contact the necessary specialist.

Pros: First of all I am loving the clean interface online! With all documents accessible in the cloud that you can easily access and send for signatures or assemble pdfs with ease. I did not realize prior to using the cloud, how time consuming pdfs in general were.

Cons: I cannot think of any cons for Adobe Document Cloud as it is extremely helpful to have. I feel that the editor for your stored pdfs could use improvement but that is the typical process of things.

Pros: Ease of use, nice interface, more reliable than others out there.

Cons: Payment plan was not flexible.

Overall: I used Adobe EchoSign for years, which then became Adobe Document Cloud and it was always the best one out there, you could control the placement of fields nicely, the interface was easier to use, and it was reliable in that emails never seemed to be sent to users' junk mail boxes, or anything that caused any issues communicating with clients. The only issue I had was when they stopped allowing 5 free documents a month and started charging a monthly fee. Since I don't always use digital documents, it wasn't worth a monthly fee to use. I tried a few others that aren't all that great but still do the job, ending up with DigiSign for now. If Adobe would offer a different payment plan that was more flexible, I think I would go back to it though.

Pros: Used this before Drive and was thinking it would be the one stop shop for online document storage but I don't think that's how they intended it.

Cons: It has a high price point and for as much as they talk about open compatibility, it actually takes more to get this program to accept and open files.

Overall: The free trial was good for on the road printing and PDF creation.
