SimpleConsign is, by far, one of the most user friendly programs I have had the pleasure of using on a computer. I am not a technically savvy individual by nature, so ease of use is a very important feature for me. I own a very busy consignment store and have needed to find a solution to help me along my evolutionary growth path. I bought a full BCSS package and tried twice to implement it; both times without success. We then found SimpleConsign. Within weeks we were up and running; there is no looking back! The entire team at SimpleConsign is outstanding. From set-up to operation, they are there to help; easily reached and ultra supportive. I can't say enough positive things about this product. If you need a system to help you get your business started or more organized, this is the one you should buy. It's so user friendly and intuitive and the support is excellent. Very highly recommended.

### "Amazing POS system"

I have an artist handmade consignment store. Simple Consign keeps everything clean and easy while keeping everyone accountable. My artists and I both love that they can easily see what to bring more stock of and their sales. The system calculates my taxes and what I owe each consignor every month. This saves me tons of time and energy.

Pros

Simple consign truly is that, simple!! For months I was wondering what I was missing because it was so easy. Excellent customer service and my consignors love that they can log in and see their sales.

Cons

I love this software. Not sure that there is anything I don't like.

I love this software very much but I wish the reporting were better, for starters. I know you can generate reports but it could be much more user friendly in that regard. I would also really appreciate being able to customize price tags. Right now I have to generate a report, export to CSV, edit in excel, then upload into Avery so I can customize the template how I see fit. So many extra steps. Aside from that, everything works really well. It is so handy to know exactly what to pay consignors and keep track of inventory. I haven't used all of the software yet but slowly I am learning all the tricks and I really like it. Thanks!

SimpleConsign has all of the features our busy consignment stores need. It is user friendly, easy to learn and keeps in the know where ever I am. Over the years we have needed help and have had questions and the staff/support has always been there for us, even on the weekends. They are a great team and since we are not the most tech savvy group, they have been very patient with us during our most panicky calls while they fix whatever it is that we called about. The software also works great if you have more than one location. We have multiple stores, so checking for a customer if an item is available at another store is wonderful. I have checked consignor balances, adjusted prices and entered new items- from my phone, sitting next to a pool! I don't have to be at the store 24/7 to know what's going on, I can login anytime and to me that is my favorite feature of all.

Pros

SimpleConsign is indeed simple - and that's important in a business where we're dealing with a huge number of vendors and customers. We had a wish list of capabilities we were looking for in our solution and SimpleConsign was the only one who could handle it. Being cloud-based is a real benefit - not just in minimizing our startup costs but access from anywhere, any time and from any device; this is necessary to our business model and as a value-add for our customers. Training time for new users is minimal thanks to straightforward and thoughtfully designed user interfaces. Support has been insanely responsive (even when we say it's okay to get back to us in a couple of days we hear back in less than an hour in most cases).

Cons

No complaints. We haven't found anything that we needed that it hasn't done and support has been top notch.

I am able to keep real time statist on everything and also use it to print out consigner info, it helps with my books for taxes and when things get sold, I love it

Pros

Easy to use and simple to categorize all your Consignment needs, even update amazing

Cons

Nothing, it is all user friendly, when you play around with it, it gets easier to use

After reviewing a number of consignment software programs I decided that Simple Consign would be the best fit for my company. 1. Software is easy to understand 2. The program is constantly undated 3. Person to Person tec support is as close as the phone 4. Tec support always treats you professionally and is their only priority 5. Traxia is open to suggestions 6. Traxia is a small company so you become family to their organization 7. When calling for assistance you may get help from the head of support or the president of the company, they work as a team 8. Training is available to you as a group, conference call or individually, they will do whatever is necessary to make you operational 9. Emails from Deb keep you informed and current on the company and upcoming events 10. Traxia is committed to helping you work smarter

Pros

I like that this product is cloud based. Our Internet was out but I was able to pull the pos software up on my phone in order to process transactions. I like the detail you can put in regards to the products as well as the customers and consignors.

Cons

There are two things I like least and hope for growth with this product. First, how we enter items is detailed but time consuming if you want to keep track of certain things within inventory. There are so many steps, buttons and things to enter it is easy to skip steps in order to be faster for our customers. Second, the reporting within the product could be better. I would like to have a clear report of inventory for a certain date range.

Pros

I love the company behind the software. I can call them anytime and they walk me through whatever issue I am having.

Cons

Would like the store credit and cash balance listed side by side. It confuses my employees when consigners ask how much credit they have.

Pros

I was new to the consignment business and had no idea what I was doing, but from the very beginning of getting up and running to to daily execution, the system has exceeded my expectations! It is so simple to learn and understand. Inputting new consigned goods as well as store-owned items has been a piece of cake.

Cons

I would have liked more options on the printers and tagging that it works with. I have two Cognitive Printers from my previous business, and I have been using one of them for my ticketing as a makeshift solution. It's not perfect, but I didn't want to spend another $300 for a printer when I already have two that work.

We LOVE SimpleConsign by Traxia! I don't know how we functioned without this program before! It is so easy to use, so intuitive, and easy to teach to others. The sales and support staff are exceptional. They are easy to reach, thoroughly helpful and always pleasant. We purchased this program on our one year anniversary as a way to upgrade our business entity. What a difference it has made. We have already seen a huge increase in sales due to the speed and efficiency with which we can handle check out, consigning, layaway, and more. I researched three other companies before choosing and I am so so so happy with our decision to use SimpleConsign by Traxia. It is everything we need and none of the things we didn't need! What a great program!

We were using a software program that was not cloud based and decided it was time to change when the hassle of getting the old software to work on the replacement computers that we were forced to install because of aging got to be overwhelming. The process of conversion was made remarkabley easy by Justin, who worked tirelessly to convert our database to the new system. Even though it took several trial conversions, he was able to get everything converted and we were able to train our volunteers, not all of whom are computer whizzes, by any stretch of the imagination. Bottom line - we've been using it for almost two months, and reporting, paying consigners, and keeping discount schedules in line has become very easy. Would highly recommend this software to any consignment store - it's merely the best available.

### "A great organization"

I resisted their services for several years because I was happy with the program I had. Then it crashed and I lost 44000 items. Luckily, I was BOR so I didn't have to deal with not knowing who owned what. I have loved every minute of their services. Every customer service call has been answered quickly and efficiently.

Pros

Great customer service. Great value. Backs up to the cloud.

Cons

I have chosen to use a separate credit card processor. I have seen facebook posts about other users not being able to process credit cards when Simple Consign is out-of-service for some reason. At least when I have to process sales manually, I can still accept credit/debit payments. I think that is an advantage. I also continued to use my manual cash reconciliation.

Simpleconsign has always been my favorite POS software for resale because of its simplicity. However, after a few interactions with their support team I found an even better reason to stay with them. There was an error with my credit card and I hadn't been charged for the software over a period of a few months. When support brought this to my attention I was prepared to tell them that I didn't have the money to pay for the back logged fees and that I would have to cancel my account. However, before I was able to tell them, they offered to waive the back logged fees and keep my account up and running paying only for the fees from that point forward. They ended up retaining me as a happy and committed customer. I am someone who NEVER writes online reviews but SimpleConsign REALLY deserves it!

We did a software conversion to SimpleConsign from BCSS and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. We needed a mobile, web-based software in order to expand and offer our consignors online access. We hear nothing but positive things from our consignors about the access and it has saved us countless hours of running reports! The conversion was relatively smooth and the customer service at SimpleConsign has been nothing but fabulous!
