It's easy to log in and easy to use daily. Easy to close out and easy to keep track of all of the sales.

Pros

I like that it Keeps track of all my consigners sales

Cons

It's only 60% user friendly. I would love to have this system be a little easier to use. I am not quite sure exactly how to make it more friendly but am not sure how to explain it.

I've had my store, Cracked Vessel Vintage, for 3 years, and in that entire time I've been searching for an inventory /POS system that works for my type of business. Everything I tried was geared to companies that sell 50 of the same item, and I am dealing with thousands of one of a kind things. The few products I came across aimed at antique and vintage sellers just didn't have the functionality I wanted. Then along came Traxia, with SimpleConsign, and my problems were solved. I've even managed to customize the program to integrate the 5 websites I sell on alongside my physical store, so I can see all the inventory and earnings in one place. The "cash register" is very easy to use. Customer service is super responsive, with a tiered help system in which you can escalate your own issue in case it's an emergency. They have gone out of their way to help me bend this product into exactly what I need, creating specialized reports for me and adding various bells & whistles. My one and only complaint is that there isn't an app or a true mobile version of the site; this would help me greatly when I'm selling at our local street fair or swap meet. Everything else is spot on.

Cons

Software is geared toward consignment shops rather than antique malls. Wish reports could be customized more than software allows. Many features are not useful for me as I own a multi dealer antique mall not a consignment shop

Pros

How the program did all the thinking and leg work for you. Once you put your inventory in, it kept track of all your transactions from there on.

Cons

I really love the program. The only one thing was if I put in three shirts and when it came time to return only one, I could not just do one item unless I deleted it so it did not show as a return.

Hey Patricia thank you for your review! What I believe happened with the shirts is that each shirt was not an individual item in SimpleConsing, instead the three shirts were one item, so when it came to returning one of the shirts it wasn't possible because you weren't doing a partial return.

Super easy to use, my entire staff loves it, I tell everybody I meet about it, should’ve done it 15 years and it go if I could.

Pros

Super easy to use, label presentation much more appealing to customers compare to have written tags. Without a doubt this system has increased our sales.

Cons

No cons so far. Everything about the software has proven to be efficient, easy to use, and awesome

I think the program is great, and I am really looking forward to going through all the functions and videos this winter in the slow season.

Pros

The consignment reports and inventory entering process.

Cons

It's hard to easily access the sales of VENDORS. Consignment is a breeze, but with inventory both bought and consigned, I would love to easily access reports and information in the same format for each.

Just about every minor problem I’ve run across, support has been able to walk me through. Some additional features mentioned above would be helpful.

Pros

Customer support getting started and additional hardware support went above and beyond.

Cons

Too many emails. Would like a feature that allows end of day reports and credit card reports for non admin.

True to your name, it's simple, in the cloud not restricted to one or a few computers, no big up front cost, on call support and experts, training classes and no matter how many times I call to ask the same question, everyone is nice as pie.

Pros

I like that it has cut down my time in doing month end.

Cons

Every time I call to get help I have to leave a message. Aomori get a call back right away, sometimes it’s hours later. When I need help it gets really frustrating to have to wait so long and usually interrupts everything I am trying to accomplish.

I went with a large older software company, with all of the "bells and whistles" thinking that was the best way to go for my growing business. Of course, I was promised the world....and then I paid and everything changed. You had to pay for training, tech support was horrible....the norm was at least a full day wait. Oh, and who really needs (or wants) nearly 300 reports?? Traxia is honestly a dream come true. They offer free training and over the top tech support....the average time is 20 minutes!!! The owner of the company is very involved in the day to day business and the whole team is truly dedicated to improving every day.....and they do!! I feel like I am their only customer.....very personal and truly caring. To sum it up.....trustworthy, personal service, easy to use program, awesome tech support.....all of the reports you could ask for....oh, and the best pricing by far!! There are no hidden fees, as you'll find with other companies! No cons to report....honestly!

Pros

The ease of use and outstanding customer service. I never feel I am calling another company, but rather an extension of mine. The Simple Consign team is always readily available to help in moments notice and make some of them most seemingly impossible tasks easy. They certainly remove the worry of the software out of me, which allows me to focus on my business instead.

Cons

The product is really great and I truly have no complaints about it.

Pros

It is easy to use as a consignor - easy login and view sales

Cons

There is NO downloadable reporting for consignors - that is just crazy Overwrites the consignor SKUS - NOT good

Overall experience: They use a 10 point scale to rate level of satisfaction. I need more like a 50 point scale. I just cant thank Simple Consign enough for always being there. It is such a pleasure to work with team that truly understands customer service. Attitude, professionalism, knowledge base--- they have it all and deliver it with the highest regard for their customers. Just love it and love them!

Pros

Where do I begin? Let me start with their OUTSTANDING customer support. They are fast at responding, patient as they walk you thru solutions ( teach you as they do) and truly know their product features. Probably the most outstanding service I have received from any vendor. As for the software itself- tremendous! I feel like I could not do my job without this software (and their support). It provides me with all the necessary features I need to make the shop run smoothly, informed and convenient. My consignors love it because it gives them access to their account 24/7.. and it saves me from having to answer phone calls about accou8nt info. It is right there for each client. I truly cant speak highly enough about this company, its people and its products. The best value and the "item" that helps me the most.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike. When I run into a problem, all I have to do is call customer support and BINGO- they walk me thru a solution. There was 1 occasion when I wanted to do something and that particular function could not be done HOWEVER with the help of the support crew, they came up with an alternative that worked perfect. They go the extra mile 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day

I just switched to Simple Consign after using another server for 4 years. So far it has been easy to use and has a lot of features that I find helpful.

Cons

I think the ringing procedure has too many buttons to press if we aren’t using your credit card processor.

I have had this system for about 9 months. Sometimes I think it is too much program for what I need, but I can use just what I do need and it is really efficient. The support staff has been wonderful and always call back in a timely manner. I will say that when I was looking to buy the system, they said they may be able to tweak something to accommodate my store. In my county the tax rate can be odd. I have asked a few times and they don't want to fix it. So if it isn't exactly the way you need it, don't count on them changing it for you. But overall I love it and it has been easy to train other people on.

Pros

Easy of use. Reasonable usage rates.

My manager and general manager use it more than I do. We all three agree that it is an awesome program but I don't know if they have concerns or would like to see any changes made. I just wanted to be able to get this feedback to you asap.

Pros

Easy to use and understand. The vendors love it as well so they can see what they have sold especially if they had a big item sell from their space then they are aware that more items can be brought in to sell. Gives you detailed reports. So much better than keeping track of everything on paper!! The bar scanner is a life saver for us as well as vendors!! You will be very happy and pleased at it's performance!! It is definitely worth the money!!

Cons

I have not found any cons at this time.

After being consistently frustrated for four and a half years with another product, I switched to SimpleConsign by Traxia. I was immediately shocked by the user friendliness of the online solution. The fact that I could seamlessly work from anywhere with their cloud based system was enough to make my job so much easier. The productivity of my shop was also immediately impacted. It's the most user-friendly Consignment product on the market! I can also not say enough about the staff at Traxia. They have always responded to my questions and requests almost instantaneously. We now have two stores running on Traxia and my business wouldn't be the same without Simple Consign. I can even watch both my stores perform with the simple click of a drop down button. The transition and migration over two years ago was so much easier than I expected. I highly recommend new shops and existing ones to give Simple Consign a serious look!
