I was very pleased that someone from the OpenEdge contacted me and they were very apologetic and asked what they could do to make things right. I was given the representatives personal number if I have any more issues. I am very pleased that they went out of their way to make things right.

Customer service always makes sure they fix it right the first time instead of having to call back mulitple times

Pros

The functionality that is intergrated into our dental software.

Cons

When first installed the credit card machine had to be switched out but that has only happend one time.
