Pros: I have used many different booking systems & event planning tools over the course of my career but Ya-Ya Regie wins hands down as it is so simple and easy to use. I love the interface and it is totally user-friendly. The customer service experience is also excellent with a great support service that is second to none; it is the team behind Ya-Ya Regie who make using the software such a pleasure. If you haven't yet tried Ya-Ya Regie, I urge you to sign up for your free trial today and transform your event planning life!

Cons: Our in-house event team are true advocates of the Ya-Ya Regie event planning software. It would also be great if we could receive regular communications from the Ya-Ya Team regarding the latest updates in good time.

Pros: Value for money, easy to use and great functionality

Overall: Ya Ya Regie is an easy-to-use system which offers great value for money for organisers. Freelancers and smaller events companies will benefit from using this system as it doesn't come with overly expensive set-up costs or contracts that other registration systems can carry. I would highly recommend it!

Comments: We uses the Ya Ya Software to manage the registration and ticketing for a client event that we managed on behalf of medical association. The system was very flexible and easy to adapt to our requirements and the ability to control the branding gave the overall look of the registration a bespoke feel. We will use this for any future events as it offers a reliable, cost-effective solution.

In May 2015, we were reviewing ¿off the shelf products¿ to replace our old registration system which had been custom built over 8 years ago and was no longer meeting our business needs. We were spending a fortune on monthly support contracts from 2 providers to help us with our event communications & registration service. These days, cloud based systems were much more sophisticated than we could ever afford to build ourselves.
Therefore, finding Regie was a godsend (albeit a happy co-incidence from a marketing email). We needed a comprehensive system which would help our team work quicker and set us apart from our competitors.
At first we didn¿t really believe it could do absolutely everything under the sun for the affordable price tag, but it can! Payments & invoices, event comms, one off integrated websites, workshop selections, flexible form builder, 121 appointments, intelligent reporting ¿ the list goes on!
Regie really is the `one stop shop¿ that we need as an event management agency ¿ its clever, its affordable and it is evident that it was built by event professionals. The team at Ya-Ya understand us, understand our audience, the deadlines and complexities involved delivering all types of corporate events. With their own in house developers any tweaks or customising specific events is speedy.
Working with the Ya-Ya team is a perfect fit for our us ¿ they are friendly, enjoy our `banter¿ and have the `can-do¿ attitude that any eventer knows is the foundation of everything!
