The customer services is probably the best part of this company. **Cons:** Could do with some more templates and easier to add pages. I don't often need to go searching for answers on how to use it, but when I do, there is also a good knowledge base to fall back onto. **Pros:** The best thing about FreeAgent is the dashboard view.
