Pros

  • The price is great and there is no fuss if you want to switch back to a free version.

  • When I needed help, there was someone there for me. Pricing is fair and overall I'm very happy.

Cons

  • It's the users that come and go and if someone else had already used that same email address, it is a pain in the rear to go through and change that so that someone else can use it.

  • There are limitations depending on your own personal requirements. We do have to do work arounds to get it to fit our needs and it can be disappointing and frustrating.

"My overall thoughts of Setmore."

Overall: Most of our email addresses remain the same. It's the users that come and go and if someone else had already used that same email address, it is a pain in the rear to go through and change that so that someone else can use it.

Pros: I guess the security of having to use a certain email where no one else can sign in using your name and they must know your password.

Cons: I do not really like it that much because we have mentors who do training and no one that I can speak of has the same schedule every week. So when someone books availability on a Monday for example, it repeats it self down the line even if they are not available the following Monday. We actually have to go in and block time off so that it does not repeat itsself. I think it is mainly for larger corporations who have lots of employees but everyone has roughly the same schedule ie:9-5 every day.

"Amazing Product"

Overall: I am very happy with Setmore and love using it daily.

Pros: Setmore has amazing features that has made booking appointments and managing my schedule super easy. The premium options has so many features that is useful for a self employed person and a small team. the price is great and there is no fuss if you want to switch back to a free version. The online booking page is simple for clients to use and you also have options to add the booking page to your WordPress website if you want.

Cons: Wish it had google calendar sync and with the free version.
