Pros

Learning curve, cost, online access are some of the great features with this product. Pretty easy self installation.

Cons

Security is needing more work on this software. Also calendar integration is not working for android phones.

Overall, integration and use of this program has been a simple transition. There are some initial learning curves but once you become familiar its a very simple and quick use program.

Pros

I like the customization of notifications and alerts, especially for appointments or events that require logging into another platform or software program. I also like being able to log daily tasks and notes to keep track of daily productivity.

Cons

The software can be finnicky, and requiring an update before smoothing out which can be inconvenient when trying to check schedule in a meeting or adding an appointment.

I tried it for a few weeks. I was not happy with the results, so l upgraded my Microsoft to a business account. I am happier with MS Booking.

Pros

I liked the idea that I could have prospective clients schedule appointments with me. I thought this would work well for my business.

Cons

It did not synch easily with my personal Google calendar. Also, the fee was more than I wanted to pay.

I love it! This software goes above and beyond other scheduling tools and provides many more options to make it your own.

Pros

Setmore is easy to use and has a lot of options to make it your own. I especially like the ability to create many tailored services and provide individual links for each.

Cons

Not a huge concern but if someone cancels or moves a meeting themselves, it does not adjust on my end in zoom. It does grab a meeting link when they originally sign up and shows up at the appropriate time and day in zoom, it just won't move in zoom if adjusted. I would also like it to show the name in zoom instead of 30 minute meeting. It shows the name in the calendar which is definitely more important. Neither of these are deal breakers for me.

### "I love that Setmore is so simple to use"

Setting up Setmore couldn't be easier because to its user-friendly UI. Client self-booking, automated appointments, and prompt customer service are three of my favorite aspects. For extra features, you can pay an additional fee or subscribe to a premium subscription.

Pros

My favorite thing about Setmore is how easy it is to use, yet filled with all the information I need to book the right appointments and services every time. Within the first month, I was able to create my return on investment and provide value to my clients via documentation and regular meetings.

Cons

Setmore's sole flaw is that it can occasionally crash. Occasionally, things don't save correctly and updates don't appear until hours later when you reenter the application. Setmore's only genuine flaws are these little hiccups in the system.

I've been able to generate my return of investment within the first month and not just that be able to give value to clients in documentation and also frequent meetings.

Pros

It's easy to program to the social media for your business or service to be able to allow clients to book time with you so you don't have to be there for them to do it.

Cons

I can't use a custom domain and sometimes it does interfere with my clients experience because they think I work for the company.

I have loved setmore enough that I have recommended and even set it up for others

Pros

I tried multiple schedulers before deciding on Setmore for my podcast interview scheduling. There is a free version that is highly functional and does everything I need. When helping someone else build their business, I was able to use Setmore to integrate with their systems as well. The paid version is worth the price for the extras gained, such as additional payment integrations and sms appointment reminders.

Cons

Some areas may be improved by more customization options, but I’m pretty happy with what is already possible

Setmore helped me overcome a weird block I had against Google Calendar (I am all google all the time with many other Google products) by "forcing" me to synch with it (for best impact). It has made my meeting setups 1000% better and really my whole day more efficient.

I use it to schedule one on one Zoom meetings. It works very good for this. I would perhaps suggest creating a different version of Setmore especially for people like me, who are trying to just coordinate one on one meetings. A version that would look less like "buy a massage slot" and more like "set up a meeting with someone who's not trying to sell you something". I find myself apologetic when I am trying to set up a meeting with someone higher than me in status Also, some people said that they need to sign in or sign up to use it?? Maybe because a masseuse needs certain info, but a "let's get on a call together" really just needs name and email.

I loved setmore! Their customer support is excellent and they are always releasing new features, but for my business it was very essential that we had the option to open/close register, make payroll and have reports.

Pros

Love how easy to use, low and affordable prices, they also don’t delete your profile if you switch to another platform.

They unfortunately don’t generate financial reports and the POS integration is very limited

Over all very pleased and don't want to change. But please change the reminder settings to send the reply's to our business number not the automated number from the app. Or if there is a reply to the automated reminder, make the app send a message to the business that a message has been sent. I miss out on money for the week when i don't get the clients 24 hour notice to not being able to make the appointment.

Pros

It was very easy to set up. I used the free app for the first 10yrs of my business. I eventually set up a paid account so I could utilize the extra utilities. especially the text reminders and email reminders. I have researched other business and health App.s and I find this one is the easiest to set up. Also the help you get is very prompt and if they don't have the answers they will find the answers. I can use this anywhere around the world.

Cons

The con I have is only one so far. its the Text reminders are linked to another phone number connected to setmore. So if the customer texts back to that number instead of my personal number I don't get the messages. This is a big issue. I would love that to change. So please admin if you are reading this. Change your program to let the customer send the reply to the text message to our personal phone numbers not to the automated one. I have a message on the automated message to text or ring my number but people don't read all the message and just press reply.

Terrible. It made my scheduling a nightmare. I spent so much time fielding questions from customers. No shows actually increased!

Pros

Ease of scheduling online - once I set customers up it was easy to schedule

Cons

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. “Live” chats left me hanging for hours, promised responses never arrived by email, phone calls were fobbed off with “send us an email “.

Overall I find Setmore just really good.

Pros

This software gives my customers the ability to book my services online, pay for the appointment, get confirmation of the appointment and get reminders before the appointment. Customers find it easy to use, it gives them the confidence that they are dealing with a company that is on the ball. The best thing for me is that customers book me and I travel to their homes to service their woodburner and chimney. So many booking software companies assume customers come to you. Setmore know that some of us travel to customers.

Cons

Like all software, you have to play with it to get to function as you would like. It took me about a day of messing about, trying things out to see what did and what didn't work for me. I don't really see this as a con. If someone was very new at setting one of these booking softwares up, it may take a bit of time to get all the functions up and running. Doesn't take PayPal.

Setmore solves our scheduling issue with clients - we don't need to email them open timeslots and then have it change by the time they reply - now we just sent them a link to see the 'live calendar' and they can choose current openings. It also allows us to schedule group classes, and have multiple people meet us at once. We can easily ask the clients a few preliminary questions that they must fill out before their appointment, such as their budget and move-in date, so we know what products to show them at their appointment. It saves us phoning them ahead of time to discuss options and make sure we have products available for them.

Pros

I've used this software daily at my past and current company for 2+ years, it's very easy to set up and start using and the Pro version was a 'must have' when I changed companies. The ability to remove Setmore branding and integrate it into our business helps us look professional and consistent in our branding for our clients. We use it to schedule private appointments with clients, book group appointments, and reserve elevators for people moving in/out. It's easy to update hours/availability, add staff or services, and add clients. Very user friendly for our clients, we never need to help them with online bookings. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the amount of time it saves us trying to book appointments with clients (often 40+ appointments per week at our peak).

Cons

We had requested and then tested a new chat feature that would allow us to text message users from the software, but wished that it could show our work cell as the 'reply' number. It's not that important to us, so this was a non-issue. I wish we could set up reoccurring group classes (ie every Friday at 5pm, we offer ABC class, but people register for individual sessions) but it's not yet a feature so we manually add the group classes.

Reason for choosing Setmore

Setmore was the best fit for features we needed, and the price was very competitive. We started with the free version and then upgraded to the paid/Pro version for the added functionality. The easy to use interface for us and our clients is important, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an online bookings calendar. I have previously worked in technical support and sales for a software company and feel that the service, support, and features they provide is excellent value.

Pros

I like it because it is an ideal tool to manage and schedule appointments without conflicts, this cloud-based solution allows updates to always be current, allowing reservations to be made without problems, it is a type of system that can be implemented anywhere industry since it is much easier to manage employee or even customer schedules with greater accuracy

Cons

I have no problems and it has become an excellent tool for contact management with clients and partners, in a way organized in the cloud and accessible

I would recommend this app for anyone needing a basic scheduling app.

Pros

Setmore has a very easy-to-use interface and setting everything up is almost effortless. A few features I like most are the self-booking features for clients, the ability to set up automated appointments, and responsive customer service. It's free to use but you do have the option to upgrade to a paid plan for more features.

Cons

Setmore is available online and on mobile but there are no desktop versions available.

### "Best Online Appointment Scheduling Tool for Businesses! "

Pros

My wife and I recently opened a spa and massage parlour. Our clientele is growing exponentially and I must say that Setmore has been superb in helping us manage our numerous appointments. It's absolutely free and easy to use which makes it perfect, especially for small start-up businesses. We were able to add our personal touch to it by customizing it, which was also very easy to do. When someone schedule's an appointment, they receive an automatic e-mail confirming their booking and a reminder 24hours prior to their appointment. Clients can also make very secure online payments, if they prefer to do so prior to their appointment. Our reviews from clients are easily displayed front and center, which encourages future bookings. Not to mention, it has great integration with our Instagram and Facebook pages/accounts and we can add the website plugin to our profiles. We can also access our calendar across any of our devices.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about this App. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Pros

The best thing about Setmore is that it is very simplified, to the point, and easy to use anywhere. I have ran into clients at the grocery store, park, etc. and instead of them having to call my office to set up an appointment, I can tell them right then what is available and schedule them. We first found the free version as we were transitioning from paper and pencil scheduling to electronic, and we have found that it is perfect for our needs. You can completely customize your schedule to include as many services as you would like for different lengths of time, prices, etc. You can also add employees and customize other features including colors for services (as they appear on your schedule), office hours, and scheduling intervals. You can add as much or as little contact information about your clients as you would like. Also, I have had to contact customer service 3 times during our use, and they have been GREAT every single time. They have resolved any issue that I have had within 24 hours and were very open with communication, keeping me informed with progress.

Cons

There are a few things that I wish Setmore was a bit better about... Setmore is not really "secure". A medical office, for instance, would probably not be able to use this option for scheduling. The only real "issue" that we've had with using the app (on iOS) is that it does crash upon opening quite frequently. It does open on the 2nd or 3rd try every time, and we have never contacted customer service about this issue because it really hasn't interfered with our productivity.

The software was great for my first time using an online booking/ scheduling app. It didn't have a lot of bells and thrills, but I think it did the job in keeping it simple for even a dummy like me to use. Of course over time with use, as with everything else, there are times while in the moments I had an, "I wish I could do (blank) with this" moment. Nonetheless, I think this is very user friendly for a beginner.

Pros

While using this program for about 5 years it grew on me as a simple way of scheduling clients. I am not very tech savvy, but I was able to use it with ease. It was great being able to create a service menu and be able to link it with Yelp. It has a nice feature that allows you to have reminders sent via email or text to clients so they know their appointment was coming up. The online booking feature was also easy to navigate for clients. The scheduling tabs were very clear and easy to see from the main calendar view. You're able to toggle on or off the view of other staff members schedules so you don't have to view a crazy calendar at all times.

Cons

The inability to put a real credit card info to hold appointments. While it was an option to request credit card information to hold appointments, any number would be sufficient to bypass that measure and an appointment would be booked. It would have also been a nice feature to have the same reminder options available for the staff to get notified of appointments coming up that day. As an appointment based only business I had a few missed appointments because the app never sent a notification through whether my phone was in bad service or not.

I spoke with 12 individual customer support agents, all in an attempt to solve 1 simple issue, they consistently left the chat once they realised it wasnt a simple fix, or else told me the issue was on facebooks end and not theirs, despite this being impossible as the data showing up in my error message could only be coming from their servers, just to make it that bit worse, I contacted facebook to get confirmation and in 3 hours had a response from them confirming the issue was not with them, The Setmore team then told me they would have to contact Facebook to confirm this despite me sending screenshots and also providing a detailed bug report for them, they have no clue how to fix their issues and their system has several bugs, 4 days ago they told me they messaged Facebook and today they told me they still had no response, i find it funny how i got a response in only a few hours and yet after 4 days a company of their size couldn't make contact. AVOID this company at all costs. So many better options out there as we have recently discovered.

Nothing there is way better options out there

Cons

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, their customer support is like dealing with infants who have zero technical knowledge. Avoid at all costs, better options out there which provide far better service.

### "Cheaper than Calendly with all the bells and whistles! "

I love that they were responsive, its easy to use and super afforable.

Pros

My web person introduced me to set more which because I hadn't heard off, I initially thought it was "off brand". May be true in the US HOWEVER, it has all the bells and whistles I was looking for as a dog trainer and offer of subscription based holistic pet healing services. I am happy it has online booking, mailchimp integration as well as integration with square as well as paypal. The person who helped me set it up was super helpful and walked me through it. It was also great that she on-boarded other dog trainers and she is able to help me in the future with other services or concerns as they come up so I can work with just her and not a random person every time which I love.

Cons

Still trying to figure out a solution for "signed client agreement".

Pros

This software is super simple and easy to use. It provides all the basic features necessary for booking appointments, taking payments and sending out reminders etc. I’m extremely pleased with it. Customer service is a breeze too. Plus the ease of integration with other apps is amazing.

I had no issues with this software for what I’m using it for. It meets my expectations.

### "fetching grooms review of setmore"

Setmore has been the main tool of record keeping for my business since i opened. I rely on it heavily. It has helped with lessening phone call duties by the online booking option, easy and fast SMS reminders for all clients, data entry is stored safe and secure for each individual client and visable with a few simple clicks of buttons and also has given me a professional looking receipt for my customers who have requested it. I am very happy with the product.

Pros

Setmore has been fantastic since i started using it 2 years ago. Its very basic which makes it super easy to use and to teach new employees to use. Theres not many areas you can make mistakes like overbooking or incorrect data entry so its very safe, when less thing to worry about as a small business owner.

Cons

The only things i could see improvement on is when you add extras to a customers bill it doesnt add it to the overall revenue, and same with giving discounts too. When you apply discounts to a customers bill it changes the prices for the receipt but for the total revenue it remains the non-discounted price. Id also love to have an option for the calendar weekly & daily view to have an 'all staff' option so that you can see all bookings for every staff member rather than having to change between staff constantly.

### "Instrumental to my business"

We were setting appointments the old fashioned way in a calendar book. I knew I wanted an option that would allow me to set appointments from anywhere, be ause I spend a lot of time away from the store yet am usually the person interacting with customers. I also needed my appointment setting software to integrate with a crm. I found hubspot and the 2 work together very well. Seamlessly. I also added a slack integration to help me keep track of new bookings so I can set up our email reminders. They are more detailed than the automatic emails generated from setmore. But I still use the setmore emails to remind clients of their appointments. The fact that I cam use setmore for both regular appointments and to set up classes is perfect for my business.

Pros

Easy to use Integrates with my crm, mailchimp and slack Allows us to set appointments any time from anywhere

Cons

Automatic emails are not customizable. We had to set up separate emails to explain our process to our customers. It would be so amazing if I could use the setmore automatic email feature for all of that explaining.
