Pros I like the look and feel for this software. It's pretty easy to navigate too. Cons Inability to pass processing fees (I.E. STRIPE) to my customers. I have other software that I use with my design business accepting stripe with the ability to pass on fees. That's becoming a deal-breaker for me. My clients seemed to like it during y testing it out period. They navigated it easily Cons 2 things... some of the mobile features are not the same as on my computer. So there is only certain things that I can do on the mobile administration which is not as convenient for me at times... also One of my clients used the response email to find my new location & when he clicked the map link it took him to another barbershop... totally not ideal to send my customers to another barbershop for their haircut with me! Key features like the simplicity of the Dashboard, the integration with other apps and the creation of services or products, allow any startup to begin using a tool that will help to look professional and get more conversions. Setmore allows to have several users in one single account; that is great for small businesses that need to create connections through different channels. Setmore has a feature to accept cash payments; in my case, this feature is very helpful since most of my customers don't use CC to make payments (they pay cash of via wire transfer). It's also helpful for startups who still aren't able to link the payment process to their bank account or a payment portal. The cash payment feature records the transaction and allows to release an invoice with details. Review Source RM Robert M. The product has done the job overall all. If i ran a large business i would be able to afford a system with more functions. Pros Easy to use with few bugs. The support is ok too. Cons It could really do with more in depth functionally.
