January 14, 2019 4.0 Pros Setmore has multiple calendar views. It is very useful for our team of tutors to be able to see each other's schedules in addition to our own. Our admin is able to edit our schedules with ease and set up email reminders for our sessions. It is easy to keep a database of 'clients', in our case students, to assign to each session/appointment. There is also an mobile app in addition to the desktop app. It has a nicely designed user interface - it is clean, modern, and has a nice color scheme. Cons Overall I think Setmore solves the problem of making appointments between clients and multiple providers. For teams larger than 10, the scrolling horizontal could become a bit cumbersome when in certain calendar views when doing schedule comparison between coworkers/providers. Pros Setting everything up for scheduling visits has been so easy. I signed up for at least 7 different free trials and nothing compared to the detailed and user friendly software. All areas were considered when designing this program. Cons My one suggestion is silly because this is an online based software but I have a team that refers to a task board and each day I need to print the schedule to post up on this board. I'm currently using a screen shot and hand writing in things I need. It would be nice to have a printable version of the daily calendar that includes all tables. The one that prints includes all time slots and takes up several pages so I'm currently using a screen shot and adding information. Review Source JD Jason D. It's the users that come and go and if someone else had already used that same email address, it is a pain in the rear to go through and change that so that someone else can use it. Pros I guess the security of having to use a certain email where no one else can sign in using your name and they must know your password. Cons I do not really like it that much because we have mentors who do training and no one that I can speak of has the same schedule every week. So when someone books availability on a Monday for example, it repeats it self down the line even if they are not available the following Monday. We actually have to go in and block time off so that it does not repeat itsself. I think it is mainly for larger corporations who have lots of employees but everyone has roughly the same schedule ie:9-5 every day. Review Source JH Justine H. I am usually with clients so I love the ease of online booking. All of my services and availability is there for them to see. My clients also love that it is available to them 24/7 and they rave that it is super easy to use! Pros I’m using the free trial version and it has so many features! I have it linked to a Google calendar and our Android phones so everyone is "in the know" whenever a new appointment is scheduled. It sends out text reminders automatically as well which is great. The widget that is linked to our website is also a great feature and prominently displays our calendar. Cons There is nothing after using Setmore for over a year that we don't like about it. I see the interface on mobile does not show up all options as on desktop from client perspective. Pros easy to use and i find most features that I am after Cons some boxes seem not to be modified although they are. I guess such boxes should be bold. for example under class>category. I hovered over the title of my category and clicked on to rename it... nothing happens.
