I used Setmore for a while but found that I needed to directly integrate to make things easier.

Pros

This is a very simply laid out program and very easy to navigate. Especially for your clients. They can see what is available when scheduling appointments with you easily. Additionally, you can set it up so that they have to answers questions when scheduling to better serve them during their appointment. You can also set up different types of appointments and send separate links to clients for setting up those appointments.

Cons

This does not automatically integrate with all website providers. I use Squarespace and I cannot directly integrate this software like I can with Acuity.

It's just awesome, and the support team is really on the ball.

Pros

The basic version is free and very powerful - you don't run up against a paywall all the time which was my experience with other booking apps.

Cons

There is nothing not to like, top to bottom Setmore is awesome. I'm not just saying that we use many apps in our business and Setmore is by far the best.

Overall I really enjoy Setmore for my my business needs.

Pros

Easy to use and customize. Plus customer service is really good and helping with any questions or issues.

Cons

No way for customers to confirm appointments from the text reminders that are sent out. Most my clients prefer text confirmation. And the amount of information to leave the text reminder is limited.

Reason for choosing Setmore

I like to tap on the time for my clients appointment to book it. So basically it's just easier to use when booking.

Pros

This software is very easy to use and manipulate. I love how its ends an email so that I can sync it with my Google Calendar and also sends a reminder to the appointment setter.

Cons

The only kind I can think of is adjusting the calendar. You have to go through a couple of steps before you can actually get to the point of changing the schedule.

I was initially drawn to setmore because it was free and we are a small business that couldn't invest too much money into a product we were not sure would work for us. However the ease to use the software and it's capabilities are impressive. Its easy to speak with customer support who are very responsive if you have any queries. Our customers have been very positive about the use of setmore to book their appointments also.

Pros

Easy to use and impliment, Excellent value for money, Great customer support. Easy for customers to use and inform customers about.

Cons

Bit more flexibility for staff that work irregular hours.

Initially because it was free but when I looked at the product I thought it was exactly what we were looking for and so easy to use and set up.

Pros

Ease of use and the fastest technical support I've ever seen.

Cons

Registering the staff members. Most of the time, the invitation link did not reach to our staffs. Moreover, if the invitation link has reached; after the staff set a password, most of the time the system cannot find the registered e-mail address; therefore, we have to send the invitation mail over and over again, or we direct our staffs to use "forget password" option in order to login the system. Maybe a randomly generated password would be useful at the staff list for each staff. Also, you need to consider on giving a place to invoice number in the invoices that include the purchases that we made from Setmore.

Pros

Several things really appealed to me. First, I like the customer interface. The reminder emails are not cluttered with promotional links, which I really appreciate! The Stripe interface was an important feature for me. Also, I love that people can schedule classes as well as private sessions, as my business offers a diverse range of services. Finally, I have a WP site, and love that they provide the custom code needed to embed the scheduling link on my website, as well as a standalone site that can be integrated with social media channels.

Cons

I would like to be able to do more customization of colors, and also allow for variable pricing for my classes. Currently I am teaching on a donation basis, so some students attend for free, while others pay $5, $10 or even $15 dollars per class. Even if I took away the free option, I would like to

Pros

It's very easy to use and works great, no issues.

It is lacking features that I would like.

It was starting to glitch and I was missing some notifications about new appointments. It also did not have the option to prevent people from booking right away (less than 1 hour before the appointment) and making them pay deposits, both which were a major inconvenience.

Pros

Whenever I have an issue the company is immediately responsive and kind. They have excellent customer service as well as easy app intervention. I don't even have to call them because their email support staff works so quickly! I used the app for free for six months before upgrading my account. It's well worth your money to upgrade if you are considering doing it.

Cons

Bedsides an occasional computer glitch (nothing major) I have no complaints. The support staff answered every question and fixed every issue right away.

Je ne peux malheureusement pas trop développé ce point pour le moment, commençant seulement réellement l'expérience Setmore en ligne.

Pros

Merci à Setmore pour son application très complètement et utilisable avec un très grand nombre de supports ! Je viens de commencer avec la version premium et je suis curieuse de voir si tout ce que j'ai pu constater et envisager comme option seront à la hauteur ! Si c'est le cas, je pense que vous pouvez mériter sans problème un 10/10. Je mettrai éventuellement 11/10 si vous pensez à l'occasion à sortir une version en français ;-)

Cons

Peut-être ajouter une version française à l'occasion mais sinon, ça me parait très complet pour mon usage en tout cas ! Merci :-)

That Premium only comes with an annual fee. For a small business in SA that is a lot to pay at once, would have preferred a monthly option.

Pros

For the most part very intuitive, and the support team is great! The tool set is very comprehensive even in the most basic version.

Cons

Booking page configuration is a little buried, so I keep losing track of it. But that's why it's nice to have their support people right there.

Overall, I am happy.

Pros

I have yet to finalise my website, but I am of the understanding that Setmore will run with Instagram, Facebook and my website. I like that my Square is also integrated.

Cons

I am having trouble changing the "Feature Services" on Facebook. It has put my Auto lessons as three featured services and no manual. Would rather just have the book now button. Also the additional "buffer time" looks like the client / customer is getting more than what I'm offering. The service goes for hour and if I add 15 minutes, the appointment looks like it goes for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The Facebook one doesn't show up on the client / customer appointment like that

Fantastic. Highly recommend. Perfect platform to enable your business to use an online booking system. In these current times i highly suggest using Setmore for all your Appointment booking requirements for your business. Very easy to set up and feedback from our customers is they can navigate the system incredibly easily.

Very easy to use, fantastic customer support function. Ideal for small businesses who want to implement a booking system

Cons

Can only have 'four' staff. But i appreciate if i pay for the upgrade i can have more added. Also ideally need some more different colours for each service as i have so many services i have run out of colours.

I love the idea of a free plan for all basic feature. Love the integration and so simple to use if you didn't ever used a scheduling ever.

Pros

A WP plugins are an always better option then iframe. I love the simplicity and ready to use the integration of any apps. It makes my work easy as it is so simple to use any beginner or pro can easily manage their own account. I like the pricing and free to use plans for testing it out. The app does not give any error or didn't get offline for my testing period. It is lightweight and works fine to all my test even browser does work correctly.

Cons

Sometimes WP plugins does not register appointment and email soednot came to my mail address sometime.
