The free version is still very professional and customer friendly. Cons That customers were able to be recognized by their phone number and be able to pull up any existing appointments and have the option to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Now with Setmore my clients can plan their sessions themselves and even get reminded of time & place. Cons I would like to be able to select a different location per appointment. This gives them the time to see when they are around and myself and has made bookings for me and customers easier Cons It might be me not set up right but customers try to book a date that is full and it moves them to the next available date some are unaware that this happens Reason for choosing Setmore The ease of use and only requesting the basic information. There are some nice extra features like customer reviews, text messaging reminders, and the ability to add descriptions to your products. Cons There isn't any way to message the customer to make a change to there appointment through setmore . I would like to able to respond to the customers review they need to know your acknowledgment. There should be a way to make a whole day a holiday that closes the business without the need to give every staff member time off. The customers are having trouble canceling. I have 21 clients and I’m only one person. This is much needed! Pros This was easy to set up and use. Only took a few minutes to get started. Cons Recurring appointments should not be in the paid version. But... I get why they are. It’s something everyone needs so they are more likely to buy if a function like that is only in the paid version. Cost of service should adjust when time of service adjusts. Should be able to set a base rate/time then if you change the amount of time, higher or lower, the rate should adjust with you. I know sometimes when you're just starting out you don't have any budget yet for a full featured appointment software. But once you get serious about your business think about investing in a more robust app. Right now i'm using Pulse247, great support and the app has everything you need to boost your business. Pros These guys have 24 hours phone support. Cons Frequently there are bugs. I’ve had a lot of problems with google reserve and with updating to new phones.
