I am going to re-engage with many using this software - it will boost old relationships and help me to expand more systematically.

Pros

This is a very organized software that allow the user to make a great first impression. I liked that I could put a few of my different roles into this system and keep it all within the same theme. This maximizes my flexibility and minimizes my time output. And everything is laid out in a way that is pleasing to the eye.

Cons

I do not like that the software makes itself difficult to criticize. This offering is hands down, right on point.

Easy to implement, easy to use on a daily basis, GREAT front-end user interface.

Pros

Setting up an appointment booking system can be a very tedious and time consuming process. I found SetMore's administrative dashboard to be quite intuitive, making the process much quicker and easier than most of the other software packages I evaluated.

Cons

Please understand that this is a very minor concern - I really like just about everything about SetMore. If there is a short-coming, it would be a lack of ability to collect different information on custom forms for different types of services or classes.

Efficient, easy to use, accurate and upto date

Pros

It's easy to use and customer service is very good if you have a problem. Easy to do accounting too.

Cons

Shame the app doesn't work when you are not connected to the internet. This is something I think mobile technician will need.

Despite being a free subscription, it can do all the work I need. I just hope you won't charge us for this later.

Pros

Everything what I needed in organizing our enrollees' schedule in going to school to pay tuition is in this software app. I just set up yesterday and made it functional today. Now I can really line up our parents so as not to flock at the same time in the campus especially that social distancing is strictly required.

Cons

Nothing. I like every feature because I can easily understand the functions.

There never enough to say, but everyone I have spoken to are knowledgeable and don't have to contact anyone.

Pros

I love that when I call, I have a warm blooded human being answering my questions and not a computer. I also love that I don't wait on hold. Keep that, and I am customer for life.

Cons

I haven't experienced any yet. There are no cons.

Pros

Easy to use, can be synchronised and integrated with other software, customisation system is extremely flexible

Cons

Laggy, a bit slow to load even on different browsers. Pages take a while to load or have some issues showing up compared to other calendar systems.

Pros

Ease of use, anyone can use it with almost no need to ask about anything.

Cons

1\. The programmed intervals of repeated booking is not flexible enough, for example I cannot do automatic booking after 10 days from each visit. 2. Staff can see the weekly income of the practice, which is something that cannot be changed in the current version as well, u can either set income visibility to all users or cancel it for all users. No selectivity. Otherwise this is a great platform that really made a difference to me and my clients. Thanks Setmore Mohammed Tamer, MD

We appreciate the customer service that comes along with this.

Pros

That our customers can schedule their own appointments.

Cons

It seems to be a struggle for our customers to understand their actual appointment times when sent a reminder. After showing a screenshot, it is because the title in bold letters states a different time zone (perhaps Setmore's operating time zone) versus the time zone we are physically located in. Even though it states the local time zone in the body of the email, it causes much confusion for multiple customers.

Pros

It's easy to use and th customer care team is quick to respond. It allows for online booking that again is customer friendly ie. it's easier to be a noive administrator and set up the online booking through your website/Facebook Page.

Cons

Glitches sometimes, doesn't save appointments was the glitch. Very rarely and not recently. Having trouble adjusting account online and communicating the change to the app.

The company I work for uses this app because it's the best solution to book the photographers that's available. The working time and appointment are a bit confusing from the beginning, you will get used to the software within a week I promise you that.

Pros

\- Perfect daily planner for yourself or business owner - Once appointment is set, you get an email notification - Adjustable working hours - Adjustable time off for vacation time

Cons

\- Sometimes when the administrator make changes you don't get the notification - You have to change your working schedule weekly, it won't let you change it for the following working week.

Setmore gives us one central hub to set and organize appointments and schedules for our Industry tradeshow. It has streamlined multiple sales representatives schedules, and allowed our reception desk staff to greet customers by name and notify our staff very professionally. The sales representatives love being able to add or modify appointments from their device app, and know that it will also be reflected on the master schedule at our reception desk.

Setmore is used friendly and professional.

This is my first look at the free trial. So far, the features look terrific. I think I will like the cross-platform functionality.

Cons

As I am brand new with this software, I am not qualified to comment.

Reason for choosing Setmore

I have not yet decided to run with Setmore. While it seems compelling, pricing beyond the first year is important to me. I would be more inclined to subscribe and stay if the $99 intro package could be maintained for me as a disabled veteran, as a 55+ senior or as a member of a marginalized group.

no more paper calendar being passed around the office for whoever answers the phone. Its all viewable to my office workers and syncs

Pros

So easy to get started with Setmore, even importing my entire customer list was super simple. Adding all our info was easy booking an appointment, adding services.

Cons

The only thing that I would like to see in my time using it so far is the customers address be visable on the calendar. That way when the office goes to book an appointment they can tell at a glance where the techs are and easily book another appointment in that area for that day.

Pros

Ease, online booking, instant notifications, hassel free, generates custom URL, slot blocker, services and staff options. Everything is too good

Cons

SMS notification feature in free version. The most wanted feature. Some of my patients do not check emails and they experience inconvenience because notifications are delivered only on email

My timezone was listed wrong and I could not fix it. I had to contact tech support. It was effecting my clients. They were coming in an hour after the time I was emailed. If they wanted to book for 10 am, my email told me they were coming in at 9 am. Tech support fixed the time zone issue today, so hopefully no more problems.

Pros

This software program is easy to use and is free! Tech support is great too@

Cons

Not easy to change my time zone feature.

It very easy for patients to schedule themselves or they can call/text me for appts. Even when I'm not in the office I can set their appt because it is cloud based.

Pros

Ease of use, customer support, setting a schedule and breaks as well as slot blockers

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike about the software; however, there are a few features I've requested that I hope they implement shortly.

I love the quickness of the of the customer service, the text to customers and the overall professional look of the service to my customers.

Cons

Not able to be notified about new appointments. Customer service cleared that issue up for me

Setmore has been a great marketing tool. My customers love the fact that they can open my calendar, select their service, time slot and set their own appointment in a flash. It is a life saver for me because when I am at an appointment, I can't answer a call to set an appointment, therefore my customer would have to wait for my return call.... I loose business when I make a customer wait. Setmore insures that I never loose my customers!

Pros

Integrated customer payment acceptance. A page that I can provide to my customers so that they can quickly set their own appointment.

Cons

So far, there is nothing that I dislike about this software.

I am very happy with Setmore and love using it daily.

Pros

Setmore has amazing features that has made booking appointments and managing my schedule super easy. The premium options has so many features that is useful for a self employed person and a small team. the price is great and there is no fuss if you want to switch back to a free version. The online booking page is simple for clients to use and you also have options to add the booking page to your WordPress website if you want.

Cons

Wish it had google calendar sync and with the free version.
