You can view everyone's calendars or only your own and book appointments easier and you can access it from anywhere. Pros It is quick and easy to use. It can be used on different devices and all of them work. I really like the fact that you can view each employees calendar separately and add notes. Cons You can't add notes to your employee's calendar about their patients on the side, like a sticky note. I am really missing being able to do that. So visitors can look at our information and schedule their tour. It saves me time in answering and replying to customers manually. Cons It was a little bit hard to set it up right by myself. Pros It's so simple and easy to use and that you can store all customers details in/ I love the fact that I always get email confirmation about appointments Iv booked! Also the customer care team always always email to see if everything is ok and if you have any problems or are struggling with everything ! You always get a rapid response from them Cons Nothing major really! " May 20, 2018 4.0 Pros I love how it's live scheduling and easy to use with many staff on my team. My team also loves how they can manage their sessions and how it automatically communicates with the clients. Cons I'm not sure if the upgraded version does it however it would be great if it had an invoicing / payment acceptance option where it emails a branded receipt to the clients post payment.
