Overall it does what you need it do as far as setting up bookings for your clients.

Pros

I used setmore for a short time. Its a great software if you are looking to create bookings for clients online. It gives you a good amount of integrations. Also it has alot of options for time slots for your clients.

Cons

They don't offer many payment options, which is why I only used it for a short time. But other than that no dissapointments.

I enjoy it would like to see what the next version or evolution is. If there is no additioal options added in the future I may have to switch to a competitor

Pros

It's super easy and user friendly. It gets the job done.

Cons

I would like a little more customization with email reminders and it would be great if I could link specific buttons from my site directly to services on SETMORE. The would provide a more streamlined customer/user experience

Setting up appointment with patients help to manage my time better.

Pros

1) The UI is refreshing and ease of use. 2) Configuration is ease e.g. blocking for long holiday can be easily configured. 3) synchronization with Google calendar make it easy to track work and private schedule.

Cons

I can't think of at this moment. Cause I am using the trail version, I did not fully exploit the full potential of Setmore.

My least favorite feature about this software is the not being all the features on the application without paying for the upgraded version.

I like the simplicity and how we can organzied quickly the business. I like also that There are several option for the Booking and we can manage teams and schedule. I like also the several intégration that are disponible

Cons

it's not easy to see the différence between the class and services. i Think there might have a confusion for the customer to find what They are seaking.

Pros

Visibility of the software is clean, organized, and appealing. I have used two other schedule softwares in the past which cost me money. The basic version of Setmore that I use is not only free but I am also happier with this software than the previous softwares I have used. I had trouble embedding the booking page into my website and the customer service responded immediately, went out of their way to help, and completed the task at hand. I am blown away by how prompt, helpful, and efficient their customer service is and totally satisfied with their product. Absolutely recommend.

magic, impressed. like i programed the software

Pros

Meets my needs even the free version, seriously thinking to upgrade in near future.

Cons

when customer books appointment, there is shown price, hope there is chance to remove that, because my appointments are not fixed priced. Login, and create accounts are dominating, so customer when is booking online, might be confused that he needs to create account as well.

I've solved the scheduling problem of my online students. It helped me to utilize my resources more efficiently. It gave a "wow" factor to my teaching.

Pros

Ease of use. Easy to access. Great interface.

Cons

Please allow a coupon purchase system using which students may purchase coupons that can be redeemed in exchange to scheduled classes. That will stop no show or rescheduling by them. Also please use indian payment gateways

I decided to "bite the bullet" and have set up an online booking system for my business. A colleague recommended Setmore. I found it easy to set everything up - a couple of queries were dealt with swiftly on chat. Thanks for making my experience so smooth

Cons

The reference to staff when there is only one person. Unable to set up workshops that are over 3 sessions

Fairly easy to use., it is pretty self explanatory. We like that we can access mobily as well as share the booking page to our tech savvy clients. The support staff have answered all our questions Ina professional and timely manner.

Cons

No searchable help section to answer the simple questions that shouldn't really need support staff. Some glitchs still need to be smoothed out.

Free :) step by step instructions and ease is use. I used the free version after stumbling upon it online and it's made a world of difference.

Cons

Sometimes many steps when finnagling hours of operation of business. Too many fields that state yours you are open.

Reporting tools on Setmore feel limited so it would be nice if reporting tools would be more robust.

It was economically friendly and allows you to be in control I love the other app integrations available I look forward to using it for the long term.

I really don't have any yet I haven't been using It that long I hope they will offer being able to block Out weeks at a time being that I work biweekly.
