Account setup was quick and easy. Pros The layout is simple and the features are easily and quickly adjustable. Cons You cannot send an appt reminder at will. It has to be scheduled. The system has been easy to implement and the abilty to use zaps is very nice! GREAT SCHEDULING APP! Pros I love the ease of set up, the customer support is amazing, the features are wonderful. It has the ability to have people schedule for classes..this was the missing link for me in other scheduling apps. This is an amazing app! Cons I do not like that I can not see when and how many text or email reminders were sent. It was nice to be able to see my schedule at a glace on my calendar. Cons Unable to make recurring appointments saying there are conflicts with schedule on the days the appointments are not asked to be scheduled. Available appointment times didn't integrate with Reserve with Google showing some of my unavailable hours available and available hours unavailable. It was all messed up, and they were unable to resolve the issue after number of phone conversations over weeks. This is a huge problem for a business. Review Source CB Colin B. Pros Whilst we were using the free / trial version only it has worked perfectly. We are hoping to ramp up numbers and this will mean we will need the full version. It will be well worth it. Cons Sometimes things are a little hard to find. Reason for choosing Setmore Features, and we implemented it as a trial initially so the free version was a bonus. Users liked it too. It’s fairly easy to use once you learn how to navigate. I like that it keeps up with my profits and sends out reminders to my clients about their appointments. Mobile app with great UI to manage your schedule and get alerts. Lots of integrations for alerts, such as Slack. Cons If a customer books an appointment and does not create an account, each time they book it will create a new customer record in your contact list which you need to "Merge" in order to resolve. It's the app that has listened to business owners and their needs! I love also that you can have it on your phone when you're out and about and have it on your business computer as well! Cons There's not much to fault about Setmore. The only issue I have had of months of using it is once it signed me out unexpectedly and I hadn't written down my password so I panicked that I had lost all my information. Cons Some limitations in customization - cannot customize SMS or email confirmation messages. Structuring staff, locations, and services for multiple business locations can be a bit difficult. I was able to set up my business profile, services and worker profile in minutes. Linking to my website was easy and setting up payment integrations was just as easy. Overall this is an intuitively designed and well thought out product. I also like that it integrates with Instagram Cons I haven't figure out how to use the class function well. It isn't as intuitive. Reason for choosing Setmore I've tried appointy (too basic) and I use Square appointments for my other business. This wasn't part of TT Pros This booking software is outstanding in how easy it is to use and how many great features it packs into the free version. Cons I would like to see the option to double book through the setmore google addon, Setmore has been used for us to replace timetree, the main reason for choosing setmore is the google addon.
