Cons It would be helpful if we could sync our contact (via phone or computer) with the list of clients. At the start it took time to update the info for every client that wasn't new to us, just new to the software. They get to select from available dates and times. They place their payment and they can sign my contract all via the booking link I send them. Giving clients ownership and the responsibility and taking that off of my plate is great! Cons I do not like how I cannot set automatic monthly limits on bookings. I would like more options to allow me to set limitations for booking. I also do not like how available dates are unknown until clients click on an unavailable date. Cons I highly reccomend reading through the support documents before beginning, the software can do so much, but if you don't know what your doing, you wont be using it properly. Clients are still reluctant to book their own appointments, but that's ok since it gives me a chance to connect with them first. Pros Its free for the basics, which is perfect for my small business, but is also robust enough to expand for larger businesses with several employees. It's simple and integrated well with google calendar. My clients get reminders and so do I! I do only a few appointments a month, so it can be easy to forget I have one. Cons I haven't had any problems with it at all. I like the desktop and mobile apps. The widgets work well on my website. Makes me look professional. Review Source SA Sara A. Used the software for: ### "Best scheduling software!" October 2, 2015 5.0 Pros: easy, practical - even for the free version, great customer service Cons: haven't found any yet! I did my research among scheduling apps. I tried a few scheduling apps and, regrettably, with a few of them I had even created accounts with my e-mail (opening my e-mail to SPAM). The trick many of the apps have is that they limit your appointments to like 3 a month, which is unrealistic, and after all the work of creating a profile, the subscription fee seems "nominal." Don't waste your money - sign up with SetMore!!! They give you unlimited appointments. You can upgrade for a fee, but even their free version is practical. Not to mention, they have a chat feature which from my recent experience was impressive. They helped me customize the button on my website for booking - again, it is FREE!
