Ease of appointment scheduling with 2 - way calendar sync. :)

Pros

Easy to implement - 2 way calendar sync - customizable and easy to use customer interface. OUTSTANDING VALUE for the money!

Cons

Limited to no reporting features. You have to have the same availability for all appointment types. Customers can't select the type of service within a general appointment type so if you have multiple services, they have to create multiple appointment options which can sometimes be confusing to the end user.

With Setmore clients can book themselves and choose the service they want with no input from me. I don't have to answer my phone or contact them. Just show up for the appointment they set.

Pros

It is a super awesome all-in-one software. You can keep customer data in Setmore. You can input your services, allow customers to book you. And now you can accept Square payments with the new integration. I absolutely love Setmore!

Cons

The only issue I sometimes have with Setmore is that the widget on my phone does not update all of the time. So the appointment doesn't hit my calendar. But it doesn't happen often.

I am so happy with this platform. It gives me peace of mind and organization that I could not accomplish on my own! Thank you!

Pros

I love how Setmore allows my clients to book seamlessly without having to contact me. The ease of use is incredible from the administrative aspect and it took hours off of my scheduling time. Now I can focus on my clients and rather than spending time behind the computer worrying about double bookings and other issues!

Cons

I wish I could access the "time off" option from the app. But it's not the big of a deal to have to come onto the computer to handle that.

They have always been great! We love it!!

Pros

Scheduling patients and sending automatic emails at the time of scheduling is fantastic. Every patient with a smart phone is able to click the appointment date and save it into their schedule seamlessly.

Cons

The only thing I don't love about Setmore is on the app with my cellphone. When I'm in the weekly calendar view it tends to want to refresh rather than scroll. I'd rather there be a refresh button so that it would be easier to scroll without refreshing by mistake.

I love the online scheduling link that is easy to integrate on my website. The system is set up clean and concise.

Cons

I wish that there was an appointment confirmation feature. I am a massage therapist and it really helps to automatically confirm appointments so I dont have to call every time.

I needed help getting to new clients fast! And decrease my time spent going back and forth scheduling a clients appointment. Now I can tell them you can easily go to my online schedule or they simply find via fb. I still offer to help the clients with scheduling conflicts or on their way out the door. Either way its like having an extra helper. And you're always on the know with any scheduling happenings because there is an activity list that keeps posting as action happens, scheduling, cancelling, or New client added. And so much can happen without me doing anything besides attending the client I am with in my office.

Pros

It flows easily because it prompts you to navigate the system easily. I am not one who uses a lot of tech or social media and surprisingly cannot recommend this product enough. I am so happy I decided to utilize the scheduling system. It has saved me so much time with going back and forth trying to set a client an appointment. Plus I have gained 1-3 new clients per week due to the facebook connection, they click and schedule!

Cons

The only thing I find to be work on the system is setting up my schedule with some days off. So if I want Saturdays to be every other I had to manually go in and hand select each Saturday I wanted to be closed. Not hard, but time consuming.

I have a very fluid staff. Setmore makes it easy to add staff to, or take staff off of, the team. It is also easy to change services and have different staff members assigned to deliver different services. I also like the option to allow staff members to set their own hours and adjust their own schedule. For us, that's perfect!

Pros

This software has been easy to use. The administrative dashboard is well designed and the various functions are clearly marked and can be quickly found.

Cons

In my many years of using this software I have not found it to be missing any features or functions that I needed. It has met all of my needs.

Reason for choosing Setmore

Because we are such a small team and have such a small service offering to a relatively small clientele, we have not found the need to purchase the premium Setmore plan. The free service has worked perfectly for us. If I was needing more robust features, I would definitely purchase Setmore.

Not being able to find client by phone number, repeat booking into termed classes, has to be manually inputted each each.

Pros

Setmore offers an excellent solution for the challenge of keeping an online agenda, open for your customers to be able to schedule their own appointments at times that match for both the customer and you. It’s straightforward in use, and it does what it promises.

Cons

In our specific situation, where we work in different locations and with different service providers that travel between those locations, it needs a bit of a work around to get it all working. But with some creativity and the features available, it’s a doable task.

Pros

I like the new added text feature. I also like how its integrated with social media and very simple and easy to use

Cons

I don't like how multiple service selections, generate multiple emails. This confuses my clients a lot. Also my clients don't know they can log in so i have tons of repeat names in my database constantly consolidating accounts. Last, I wish the confirmation email allowed links. or consent forms to be sent with it. Theres no option for consent forms or anything like that.

i can make bookings easy and clearly online clients find it easy to use.

Pros

it's easy to use and so far not been too much of an issue. it is a nice set up not full of extras that make it annoying for a sole trader business.

Cons

I don't like that there is no warning when a repeat client booking is ending. And the notes are too basic so I can't write my medical notes Like SOAP. some of my clients do not get the text message.

Not very helpful at all, the technician cut and pasted some script that seemed vaguely close to the question I asked and just kept sending it repeatedly, each time I reworded the question.

Pros

I think it was designed with a yoga studio or hair salon in mind, so adapting it to studio hire has been challenging, but it mostly does what we need it to do.

Cons

For the monthly cost of it, It doesn't have a completely seamless interface and mostly its not very intuitive or customisable, ie: you cannot create a hire by the hour, where your client selects the amount of hours they would like and the system automatically calculates the total hours, then adds the gst and fees and offers the totalled amount to the client to pay. Seems to me a function a lot of types of business could use.

Never really had any difficulties. If I have a question the Setmore team is ready to assist!

Pros

The software is so helpful in scheduling and changing appointments - for personal and business . It works well for me because I also work outside of my office space and may not be available to schedule the clients . They can easily schedule, change or cancel without having to wait on me to be at my desk AND it sends automatic reminders!

Cons

Would be nice if there was a payment option for the client to pay at the time they schedule.

We run a readymix concrete plant, and Setmore is used to fill in orders as they come. In this way all foremen, drivers etc. are informed what is going on, and demand for resources. We are far from using all the features of the paid version, but we like it so well, we have the paid version anyway. And it is not expensive.

Pros

Easy to implement and use, and it gives us the benefits we were looking for

Cons

Nothing special. I have asked/suggested one feature without response, but I understand there is many considerations.

I love that this software connects with mailchimp and is easy to customize.

Cons

I dont like that you have to pay to connect the calendar with google calendar and the paid version lets you text client reminders where the free version only sends email reminders.

Very satisfied with this product.

Pros

This software is easy to use, can be customized to my businesses and services offered and syncing between the desktop and the phonebapp is super convenient. Especially fond of the choice to have exclusive and overlapping appointment slots. The class scheduling and easy exporting reports to excel are bonus features for me.

Cons

Updates over the past 2 years have resolved my biggest issue of limited options for the reports. I have not used the direct payments feature to give an opinion.

I really like this booking program. I've never had any issues with it. Never a glitch. Pros: Easy to set up Add as many services and employees as you'd like. Set which employee offers which service. Set the amount of time each services requires. Confirmation email for booking. Option to add a text reminder for client. Reminder email. Simple for clients to use. Great, easy to use app Slot blockers Add all of your company info and link setmore directly from your website. Options to upgrade basic service for a small monthly cost.

Cons

No complaints other than I can't seem to figure out how to change the calendar setting on the app to a Sunday-Saturday layout.

Loved the program and the app and the ease of use. I wish it could have connected to my other software tho make it 100% perfect.

Pros

As a business owner i love this program. It's so simple to use and was nice that I could edit and add campaigns tho keep patients coming in on time. My patients love it too! IIT did all the work of tracking my patients without all the heavy follow up on my end. I could set it and trust IIT was going to work. I loved that IT was an app I could use everywhere and so could my patients. This was my favorite feature!

Cons

It didn't integrate with our chiro touch program for the scheduler or financial payments. This was vital for ease of my work load.

It looks way more professional than what I had in mind. I like how the clients--in my case students--receive a very professional looking email and reminders.

Pros

It looks more professional than the original scheduling software I was looking at and the fact that I didn't have to pay for the basic one--which at this point in my business suits me fine until I expand my business and get the premium--was a great bonus. The customer service was great and patient with my many questions, too.

Cons

So far, nothing! I would like to see a few more features added but that's just a personal preference not a con on the software's part.

I really love this software. It sends beautiful appointment confirmations to my clients, which will allow it to link to their calendar (calendar invitation).

Cons

Maybe allow the choices of providers to say staff or professional. Not everyone is in a "provider" industry
