Pros

It’s easy to use, I can use it on any device. Keeps track my weekly income and clientele base. If you have any problems the help chat is so helpful and quick responding. I can see when my stylists book and what’s going on anywhere. I love the lay out so I can see how the day is going to go with timing etc.

Cons

Maybe that on the calendar I can’t see both stylists day you have to select stylist individually. So when booking i can sometimes over book as you can’t see the lay out on one calendar.

I like that it keeps everything that I need to keep track of appointments, time off, time not available and basic customer information. Easy to use after you figure out where everything is.

Pros

Maintains most of the features I need to manage weekly meetings with my clients. I like that I can schedule recurring appointments but the customers can't so I can truly manage my own schedule with flexibility. I like that it gives me and my clients an email 'heads up' at least 3 times before the meeting. I like that i can look back at the appointment history.

Cons

Didn't work as well on the phone iPad apps, until it was recently updated Haven't been able to find all the features as easily on the apps

I would like more control over the ability to specify more than one email for each calendar. Control the permissions of each calendar. The thing that annoyed me the most was that I updated the program so that I could get the ability to send text messages to clients. But it has not yet worked and I have not received any message

We really only use it for bookings and for that purpose it works brilliantly. Sends reminders and can add to your calendar seamlessly.

Pros

1\. It was an easy solution/setup for our store as we wanted people to make appointments to visit us to help with Covid prevention 2. I set it up and tested it in less than an hour which was perfect 3. It was easy to integrate with our website/instagram for people to use 4. Its straight forward for people to use and takes 10 secs for our customers 5. Sends reminders and you can add to your calendar seamlessly

Cons

1\. I wanted to not allow people to make bookings within the hour. Lets say its 11:15am and 11:30am was available. They had to wait at least an hour to book. That was not possible.

However if your booking slot size is one hour and your working hours start at 9:00 am, then customers will only be able to book on the hour. Amazing! Used it for a long time it’s never done me wrong.

Pros

Simplicity of the mechanics, the graphic design, the customer service, the services sections and the customer profile options! The reminders before appointments.

Cons

Sometimes I accidentally write an appointment for the wrong day as the day you click on is so close to the top of our screen it looks missing. But I just need to be vigilant

Reason for choosing Setmore

It was used at an old employers business that I worked at and understood it so well that when I started my own business I carried it over! And used Setmore it was a no brainier for me didn’t feel the need to try another service.

My clients love the email and reminder feature and it has freed me from having to make reminder calls every day. Also being able to change appointments on my phone and always having my appointment schedule with me.

Pros

For someone who was afraid of going to a digital appointment book, Setmore eased my fears from day one. All of the customer support helped me through set up and my first few months. The ease of use and the ability to sync across all devices makes this software a real go to product for my profession! Thanks so much!

Cons

I would like to have modules that you could purchase separately, ie, I would love to add the text feature only instead of having to upgrade the whole package.

### "Perfect for a Very Unique Clinic"

Tech support was readily available when I encountered the issue described in "like least" above. I started with chat and after detailed messages back and forth, the tech \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] offered to call me to best explain everything.

Pros

We have a unique situation that required online booking -- a religious organization hosting a 2-day free dental clinic as a ministry to the community. Because of the pandemic, we are booking appointments remotely ahead, but we won't have regular patients. Our volunteers will do the booking instead of the patients. Our volunteers are spread out. It is great that the volunteer dentists and hygienists will be able to see their own calendars before they can get to the clinic. I tried four online appointment booking services and Setmore was the best -- it was the easiest to customize for our unique needs.

Cons

I prefer that staff with Receptionist Access and Admin Access would not show as columns in the Daily schedule, since they are not seeing patients. Or if I could select what Staff Access settings to view in the schedule (i.e., deselect Receptionists and Admins).

We realized to re-open the gym in Covid-19 conditions. While using setmore software, we realizes we have more needs than what setmore is offering right now. While chatting with the Customer Support, 98% of our requests ended with "We still don't have this feature", "There is no option like ... with setmore software at the moment." We need to know that someone is still investing in developing this software and the Mobile App. This is our main concern. Thank you!

Pros

The versatility of the software, you can use it in various industries. The Customer Support has been very supportive and prompt in responding to our requests.

Cons

Hi, this is an example list of the challenges we have, while using the Premium version of software -the Administrator should have more control over time-leads; for example for "classes" there is no time-lead working while booking, yet for "services" this option is available; -deadlines for rescheduling, we need, at least on the market in Romania; -AUTOMAT refund when cancelling (with the possibility of deducting a commission in case of cancelling too late); -Menu Bar for the Mobile App; -Quick Reporting on the mobile app; -COOLER, more modern, app design; -more flexibility, choices; -and others.

Very positive.

Pros

Ease of use, intuitive design and enough functionality to do the job, without excessive functionality which sometimes is counter-productive. I like the options for reminders and the ease in altering diary entries.

Cons

Inability to alter prices of services which are still "active" on the diary. At the end of the year I raise my prices, but can't do this if there are still live, unfulfilled bookings on the diary.

If it's on Setmore, it's happening that's how reliable it is to my business. Both clients and staff appreciate it.

Pros

It keeps me organized. My staff and I rely heavily on the 24 hours reminder. Details of appointments gives me a chance to recall any information needed on the spot.

Cons

The only flukes that happened with me was related to re-occuring appointments. However, the Setmore customer service team were there to help. I would like to see a monthly dashboard option added as well in the future.

I have been using Setmore for for my fitness studio as well as for online coaching clients. It’s user friendly and very affordable. It’s perfect start up

Cons

There’s not anything I would dislike. I would love more designs updates or image templates based on a business. I think that would absolutely amazing

### "A great free app "

I use the app daily for my massage business.

Pros

This is a free app that you can embedded into your website. It allows you to add staff and is easy to track appointments. Customer can book the appointment at their own time and availability. It sends reminder via email.

Cons

I don't like that when I do an update to the booking it sends to the customer the title "reschedule appointment" when actually it was only an "edit it" ....it doesn't give you the option to choose from.

Pros

I like that the program sends out email reminders to my clients automatically

Cons

My only dislike is that when I open up the app on my computer it opens to the day that I first installed it rather than automatically opening to the current day however I do not have this issue when I use the app on my phone

Cons

No cons! I’ve enjoyed using setmore. I love being able to implement Square Payments as well as connecting to G Suite Calendars.

Working with multiple teams and and patients from various referral routes, it helps me keep schedules and oppointments in order and easily viewable on mobile which is great when on the go.

Pros

Limitless appointment types and each of these configurable afterwards if needed

Cons

The notes aspect of the software is slightly lacking and if improved, would be my standalone schedule and patient note taking software. I wish it directly integrated with Physitrack for rehab exercise prescription also.

Easy to use for people that want to schedule appointments

Pros

It's simple to navigate with a clear interface. You can customise any section of the booking page. It allows you to recieve reviews, first app that I know to have this feature. Support team really respond in less than 2 minutes. Social media buttons integration. A lot of integrations. Perfect for managing appointments based on employees services!

Didn't found anything bad to this point!

Brilliant really. Very pleased so far.

Pros

I love that payments are taken in advance which reduces clients not showing up and wasting my time. It enables prospective clients to commit to their decision when browsing in the small hours rather than have to wait for email responses. It's efficient, the customer support is very good and the cost of running it negligible against the benefits.

Cons

Setting up with my particular appointment structure was problematic for me, but with the help of your customer services it was overcome.

I know I was not using the app to its full potential but it worked as a temporary solution for my transition into coaching and consulting.

Ease of managing client appointments almost flawlessly.

Pros

Setmore is brilliant. I can run my entire company's appointments system through it and it works marvellously with google calendars and has great integration with websites. Best of all I like most of these systems it works really well on mobiles and is very easy for clients to use and administer.

Cons

So far there has been very little to criticise. There could be a little more flexibility in customisation of forms etc and perhaps the ability for organic appointments (i.e. Client chooses the length rather than have to select a set block) but otherwise suits all of our needs perfectly.

Easy to use if you don't use Social Media to communicate with your customers and it customer user friendly.

Cons

For customers that are not user of Social Media like IG and Facebook to be able to see actual pictures of your work to decide how they would like to look after the service.

It offered the best user experience of all the SAAS offerings in this segment.

Pros

The overall design and intuitiveness of the software. This has clearly been developed with high consideration for the user experience. It is robust, very reliable and straightforward to set up and use in a fast moving, high pressure business setting. Well-designed, native apps across other platforms set this software apart from many others. It is one of very few SAAS offerings that provide apps for Mac and PC as well as mobile platforms.

Cons

The lack of marketing tools to enhance client engagement. There is no option to manage gift vouchers, loyalty programs, or email marketing. Integration with third party apps is limited to contact synchronization. If there were more integration options or triggers for actions such as when an appointment is created or modified this would be a major enhancement.
