My experience with Setmore has been amazing, I would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat :)

Pros

Its easy to use and available as a smart phone app! The interface is also easy to navigate, and I love the fact that I can make notes about customers visits. Its the best record-keeping system I've ever had the pleasure of using.

Cons

There is nothing I dont like about Setmore, it really covers all the aspects of the day to day appointment admin of my business.

### "Overall Good, But has glitches in software that drive me nuts "

Pros

Appearance is nice and clean. I like that is syncs with my google calendar. Ease of use when performing. All in all I do like this program and have been with them 3 years I think. If they would work on the buggs / glitches better that would be fantastic.

Cons

That every NOW and sometime then there is some software glitch and when you contact support (who are always available, and very nice, but not that savvy) you go round and round until you either figure something out yourself , get told they will contact the developers or you just give up. They are not good at listening or understanding what you are stating it seems.

Pros

The ease of use, the reminders it sends via email, the privacy aspect

Cons

From the app, you can't set appointments of a custom duration, but only of a fixed duration. There isn't a translation of the software. Sometimes the times reported in the emails are not the same as set in the software, it happens when we shift from solar to legal or from legal to solar

Pros

Cherchant un outil pour mieux gérer mes emplois du temps, j'ai pu essayer SETMORE. La prise est en main est assez facile. Possibilité de synchroniser avec d'autres outils et notamment les agendas Outlook. La version d'essai propose déjà de nombreuses fonctionnalités.

Cons

Je n'ai pas encore pu constater d'aspect négatif à part peut être quelques latences sur les synchronisations mais qui ne gène pas énormément.

### "Save time and easy to use "

It’s super easy to use. Helps with the accountant part of having a business.

Pros

The reminder for clients. Having the option to add any services to any of my employees.

Cons

Impossible to delete a staff member if they have future appointments. And the fact that we can’t delete multiple appointments at the same time. That would be a life saver for me as all the persons using my Setmore for the business are contractor and can leave at any moment.

Pros

This software has been very easy to use. We are a small business and needed software that was reliable and in our budget range. Setmore covered all of that. They are continually upgrading the product, and listen to the input of their clients. They will help you with your initial setup, and the customer service is exceptional.

Cons

I have no feedback for this. I really can't make up something because I have to fill out this section. I like the section least about his survey.

Overall, great features and value!

Pros

I really like that this has Google calendar integration in the free version, although it's only one way. As with ahy free software, there are some limitations. However, you can still customize quite a bit of features. I also like that it has a book and pay integration.

Cons

The back-end navigation is a bit clunky and doesn't lend itself to a very smooth user workflow. Once you learn your way around it's not bad, but it's a little tedious to make updates.

Honestly, I can't say that there is anything not to like about the free version. Including SOAP Notes or medical charting capabilities would be a nice addition.

Pros

I like the ease of use of the software. It syncs to my calendar and provides better accessibility for my clients.

Cons

I wish I could list two separate office locations with local time zones (I have an office in Florida and one in Maui).

Setmore has a nice interface, it syncs with social media (facebook) without secondary plugins, and I like the overall look and functionality.

Very handy in organising my business and giving my clients a sense of control / autonomy.

Pros

\- Free - Can be integrated with Google Calendar - Email Notifications - Great online appointment booking system giving your clients control

Cons

\- Can be glitchy and calendar doesn't display appointments on the correct days - App needs to have better features like desktop version (i.e. sharing booking page, easily adding slot blockers from calendar)

In setting up this software I am able to streamline and schedule my classes and keep track of appointments and projected cash flow

Cons

I am not able to prepare and forward invoices. This would help in being able to complete another aspect of my business. Also, would be easier and more functional to have bank intergration here in the Caribbean

Students and parents are able to easily check my availability and make appointments.

Pros

I love that students and parents can check my availability without seeing who or what else is on my schedule. Every appointment that is made on setmore, goes to my Google Calendar.

Cons

It always goes back to a date from 2 years ago rather than today. I wish there was a way to add Google calendar items to the setmore without having to physically write them again (like a checkbox)

I couldn’t figure the other one out and I didn’t want others to see who or what else was on my schedule

Pros

Simple to use but has all you need to run a business.

Cons

A bit too easy to delete appointments, I have done it a couple times on my phone. Also if your in middle of making an appointment and get distracted, phone goes to sleep, it disappears. It would be nice if it stayed where you left off. Thank you

Pros

Our company uses Setmore for scheduling the conference rooms in our office building. We have several tenants in our building and they find it very easy to go to the booking page and schedule their time. The process is simple and quick for them which we love. I also love how easy it was for me to setup our calendar and booking times. Very user friendly!

Cons

No improvement needed that I can think of so far.

spanish version poorly translated, repetitive appointments only for paid version (I understand SMS and Whatsapp but repetitive appontments?)

I was one of the first users. Though out my time,I have never had any problem with reliability, access or any other technical aspect of the service. When I needed help, it was always fast responding. The platform has many features which will benefit my organization as it grows.

It provides great functionality for very reasonable cost.

I save lots of time, and time is money. I am able to offer simple scheduling to my music families, and they love that option. This program saves them time, too. And, I don't have to worry about "reminders," because I decided once and for all that I want my families to be reminded 25 hours in advance. So, I am able to enjoy my life rather than focusing on scheduling students.

Pros

I can schedule my students. My students can change their times, delete their lessons, or schedule additional lessons. This takes away my frustration when juggling 20+ students each week. I also love the "recurring appointments" feature. My students want to have the same lesson time throughout the semester, and that feature allows me to schedule all of a student's lesson for the entire semester at one time.

Cons

Their help staff is amazing, BUT I would also like to have some online help pages. They are either hard to find or not available when I need them. Let me say again, their help staff is amazing!

It has made managing our classes much easier, and has saved us a lot of time by not having to email customers ourselves to remind them when their class is. It has also been great that people can book day courses through our website and pay for them.

Pros

I love that it links with google calendar so all my tutors can see who is booked in to their classes, I love that people can book and pay online and I also love that it emails my customers to confirm bookings and give them reminders.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't text customers about classes, apparently this option is only available for appointments. As a training centre we use classes rather than appointments so it would be useful to have the text option as a lot of people miss the emails.

Very positive. Turning Facebook and Instagram into a scheduling platform has been a game-changer.

Pros

We use Setmore to schedule mobile service, it was easy to set up and integrated very well with our website, social media, and Square. Very intuitive, easy to train new employees and really keeps things moving. Map function is particularly helpful.

Cons

It would be nice to easily separate different categories of service with the same account. For example, we also offer custom bike fitting and in-store service and it would be nice to separate that into a different category.

I've been using Setmore for approximately 3 years. From the day I implemented it, my clients have enjoyed using it to schedule and reschedule their appointments. They absolutely love the text reminder feature. I would definitely recommend Setmore to anyone who's looking for a reliable and multifunctional appointment scheduler.
