Your online-help has got much better. But I am really dissapointed over this calendar regarding the repeating-funkction does not work for teaching of classes Pros Easy to use. Easy to use. Easy to use. Easy to use. Cons Making a course. With 6 repeats. (class - once a week - 9 spots). The calendar make 6 independents classes, and 6 x 9 spots = 54 spots. This is frustrating!!! There is a lot of functionality. Cons 1) I cannot arrange appointments with more than one person. Sometimes I offer counseling services for more than one person and that is not a "class"... 2) I cannot enroll people in a class that will register them for every session of the class. Instead customers need to sign up for every individual class. This is cumbersome. It's very easy for people to book appointments and it has lots of versatility. Cons I like other plateforms that make it easy to find date and then openings in morning, afternoon, evening more intuitive to how we schedule. Pros Very easy to use and understand and very good support so far. Cons The weekly calenday display is too plain. The monthly is perfect. Reason for choosing Setmore Firstly because it was free and I wanted to try it first if I really need the premium. In my opinion, after the pandemic and I go back to the usual load of patients, I may need the premium. This gives me time to get used to the app and make mistakes without feeling shortchanged. Cons I don't like that I can't deduct sessions from a client's package. My business's life line relies on packages and renewals and I'm not sure how or if I can do recurring payments and manage packages on setmore. So I have to manually keep track which leaves room for miscount.
