Comments: Overall, openscape does exactly what it is meant to do and can accommodate larger enterprices
Pros: Easy to use, has many useful features and capabilities. Very good reporting and customization options. Does what it is meant to do.
Cons: I am not aware of the cost, so not sure about the value for money aspect of it. Can't think of any...
Pros: It works you can answer calls, and you can trust that you are going to get the calls.
Cons: It does not ring all the time, the sound quality is not that good. As I was writing this I got a call and it only rang once.
