Pros

Easy to use. Service autopilot has revolutionized our business. Since we started using it over 2 years ago, business has become better, bigger and easier to manage. Start using it now and your life will forever be better as a service company owner!

Cons

The reporting is a little lacking, but always getting better and they know it.

Service Autopilot is the best software solution for services companies in the world. When compared to their competitors they win in every category hands down. I've worked in Lawn Care and Landscaping now for over 20 years and have yet to find any software to run my business that even comes close to the capabilities Service Autopilot offers. I recommend Service Autopilot to anyone in the Service Industry!

Ive used Service Autopilot for several years now and I would not change. I am blown away by how much functionality it has, from billing to scheduling, lead follow up, estimating and so many other features. Customer support is the best too. Anytime you put in a request they get back to you very quickly. I highly recommend any type of service company to use this system, you will not be disapointed

I switched to Service Autopilot after my QuickBooks file crashed. I own a HVAC / electrical company. They offer a sync but I no longer use QuickBooks. We do everything in Service Autopilot. Their team listens to requests. I have been asking for purchase orders. They finally added them a couple months ago. I recommend Service Autopilot.

I started my business and bought Service Autopilot in 2012. The software looks completely different from when I started and has more features than before. I use estimates and the mobile app the most. Scott, has gone above and beyond several times to train me and help me with account issues. Overall, very pleased with Service Autopilot.

I watch Jonathan's Lawn Care Millionaire videos every day. I use to QuickBooks Online and Gopher. Because of his videos I switched to Service Autopilot. I stopped using QuickBooks last year and do everything in Service Autopilot. I'm a one man company. The app is the best I've found. Gopher didn't have an app. Good system.

Service Autopilot has been an excellent upgrade for our company. Initially we were hesitant to sign up because it is a cloud system and our last program was installed on our computers. We haven't had any problems. The advantages have out weighed our concern of not having the data on our own computers. Very good product.

We are very pleased with SAP. There is a learning curve. Its missing several features our old software had that we really need. Our old software didn't work on my iphone, didn't work with Quickbooks and we had to install it on every computer. I'm not in the office so being web based saves me a lot of time.
