So much quicker than manually registering one by one. Cons When there are certain characters that aren’t recognized by the system, Eramp will not upload the loans. Your review and 5 star ratings for ease of use and customer support are fantastic news. Thank you! We've always focused on ease of use, efficiency and consistency from one version to the next. Focusing on keeping the learning curve down has probably held us back on changing the user interface more than it should. We will be more adventurous in the future when it comes to updating the look of eRAMP. We would like more information about "certain characters that aren't recognized". MERS has some characters that are unacceptable in the address field maybe that is where the problem is located. Since you are an eRAMP user please log into our support center and submit a ticket with the areas where there are character issues. That will help us get right to the issue at hand. If we know about the problem we will fix it.
