When this was implemented, it was honestly not what we needed, but sometimes, you have to stumble before you become sober, so would suggest trying it out if you want a simple rostering solution, but frankly it;s not much good at anything else.

Pros

Ento provides a simple and effective way to organise your employee rostering, leave and time sheets. It does digitally sign contracts and allows a decent customisation of most services with a little know how

Cons

Unfortunately where it lacks in everywhere else, the HR component does not integrate with other apps, is constricting and does not play well with employees when updating or creating new contracts. The service and support of it have gone down hill rapidly in the last 12 months, with yes we can attitude resulting in a few, whoops, apparently we cannot, but only after you have paid the money up front for customisations. Support non-existent for days when you have issues. So don;t expect to have your pays out on time all the time.

We are starting to see strong benefits in reducing our time to fill roles, with better quality talent, at reduced costs. We're also finding the talent are highly engaged within the platform and our hiring managers love the custom configured visibility of where things are up to for their vacancies.

Pros

It's simple to use, the UI UX is incredible, and it does more than just a traditional reactive recruitment system. You can honestly start hiring more proactively via a curated talent community of people that are wanting to work for your business. Easy communication via unique 2way SMS where candidate responses land within the candidate profile - making engaging with talent so much easier. Inviting candidates to job opportunities via talent pools is so easy, it's reducing our reliance on Agencies and Job Boards.

Cons

The only negative part to mention is that some adhoc features are still in development. But that hasn't stopped us in any way - it's more the nice to have features like automated interview scheduling - but it's in the pipeline and what I have found is that the product roadmap is delivered on - and the feature rollouts are exceptional and done fortnightly.

intelliHR assisted us to streamline and digitise our induction process and make it a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for new staff. It has also allowed us to automate many feedback processes that previously were very manual.

Pros

intelliHR is a very user-friendly platform that provides an intuitive user experience both for the administrator and also the team. It was very simple to get up and running and the support from both our account manager and also the support team in general, has been excellent since we joined. I appreciate the video meetings for quarterly reviews and opportunities to give feedback which can often feed directly into their development tasks.

Cons

Not a downside as such but my only comment would be at times I want it to allow me to be able to do more myself than the system allows from a manipulation perspective but this is not a major issue and we have always found a work around solution or in future releases something has been updated.

The selling process was enjoyable, clear, friendly and profesional. The handover to our customer success team was seamless, so was the training. Go live day was just another day in the office and this speaks volumes on how smooth the whole process was. Rep in particular is a true professional, very knowledgeable in what he does, a great source of new ideas, and someone who has conspicuous improvement in mid which is great. And he is a lot of fun which is great! But I could probably say the same thing about every single person we have been in touch with so far. Great team, very reactive.

Pros

The fact that it is cleverly design with end users and HR professionals in mind. It isn't just a nice piece of kit that is clever technologically speaking and looks good. It is actually suited to HR needs, and to the reality of running an HR department within a business. I particularly how the "out of the box" intelliHR forms and workflows are set up but also how we can customize them to make them our own. The people we are in touch with in IntelliHR understand HR AND software. This sounds obvious but I find this is actually quite rare to find. I found most software solutions are often technical tools developed by geeks who don't know the reality of their client's environments.

Cons

Would be great if we could edit forms once submitted.

Reason for choosing Humanforce

Seemed more flexible as a product, easier to use and understand straight away by the look of it. They have an HR team that can give you support and give actual HR consultancy service but we have a great HR consultant we love and have used for years. Their HR consultancy is, for me, their point of differnce, and we would not have made use of it so did not feel worth itas much. IntelliHR team was also more approachable, felt like a smaller operation and I felt our views and values around HR and how HR should be ran were very much in line. Your values really show through and this is important to us.

### "User friendly system all in one"

As I mentioned before this is the second time I have implemented Time Target in an organisation and I am very passionate about the product and feel that it is user friendly and provides exactly what we need including being able to communicate with our staff as our staff work different hours over so many departments.

Pros

The easy access and hands on component. Now we have updated to using the Humanforce App this has been a great addition and in particular for our staff. We have a very culture diverse workforce and it has been very easy to train and implement this system to them. I have actually implemented Time Target years ago in an aged care environment and I have seen the product improve immensely.

Cons

Sometimes the support system through the Help support has been slow. But since I have had Will Barclay providing support to me it has been exceptional. Will has not only prompt with his service support but also very clear on his advice and instructions.

### "LiveHire Review - Hitachi Construction Machinery "

Overall, my experience with LiveHire has been very good. They have a very well thought recruitment system in place and an excellent platform for talent pooling candidates and connecting with them.

Pros

This system is very easy to use and provides an excellent snapshot of a candidates profile, the other thing I like about this system is the ease how we can communicate with candidates via text and email, however the best feature of this system is the ability to match candidates to the job before we post the job, this feature has saved us time and money in finding the right candidate.

Cons

I think the area where this system can improve is by providing the ability to produce reports on demand. There is a useful dashboard, however, sometimes our department do need some ad-hoc reports which we cannot produce via the system.

We had no system at all to start and minimal processes, which has made the implementation really enjoyable! We were able to let intelliHR direct us to how some of our processes could look and go from there. Overall its been a super positive experience with zero stress.

Pros

Easy to use, customisable, lovely implementation/support team. The product is far superior to anything I've used before in my past roles. When we were originally looking, it was important for us that we find a product that is in line with Employment Law in NZ, and that also had good NZ support. intelliHR ticked those boxes for us. I also love the fact that it is truly a People focused platform. A lot of other products try to cover too many areas of HR and it means they don't do any one part particularly well (Payroll, L&D, etc). intelliHR sticks to what it knows and does it super well! It also means that the updates to the platform are happening all the time and features are actually getting constantly improved!

Cons

I think with any software, once you start using it you often find yourself thinking "oh how handy would it be if it could do this, or that", etc. But its easy to log improvement ideas and as mentioned above - they actually actively are working on feature improvements all the time! So I have confidence that my ideas are actually not just getting added to a massive pile that will never get looked at.

### "Chaotic software with bad customer service"

It started off promising but over the last 3+ years has just declined considerably.

Pros

There's not many products on the market that can be tailored to our business model and be priced accordingly. Humanforce ticked most boxes that we required and was the best fit for us at the time of implementation.

Cons

It's complex software so takes a lot of training and time to learn. It's also consistently updated (which is good) however there are features continually being added or changed and therefore you are never fully using the software to it's maximum capacity. Their support team can sometimes be great but most of the time terrible. Sometimes it takes months to get a response or they give you a reply that doesn't answer the question so they can just close the ticket without actually trying to help.

Great end to end product . User friendly with emphasis on Time and Attendance. Rostering and approving timesheets was such a manual process in the past. With an effective Award interpreter, major issues have all but now dissipated. The use of biometric scanners at all our sites means data is accurate and foolproof.

Pros

Ease of use and integration with payroll software is essential

Cons

Nothing to dislike about Humanforce. Automation is a must and Humanforce delivers

My overall experience is that intellihr is the right fit for our business.

Pros

The software allows us to make changes easily, for example adding COVID vaccinations onto personal records.

Cons

Changing the set parameters around the graphics and charts - although this could just be my lack of indepth training in this aspect of intellihr

We have seen huge improvements in staff clocking in correctly. Admin costs have been slashed.

Pros

Staff are easy to setup. The app works well. New staff are able to download and use the app quickly. Humanforce allows roster changes to be communicated quickly and easily with all the staff. Great product.

Cons

Any new software takes a lot of "tweeking" to get it right for your business. The crew at Humanforce were able to walk us through the whole setup easily and quickly.

Its good. Initially it was hard to understand or explore it. Now it has become useful and easy to use.

Pros

\- Advanced options like rating candidates based on their experience and skills which help in filtering out candidates. - Separate preview option to view Job Descriptions in new Tab. - Records each and every change that has been made to candidates profile in the Activity section. - More number of characters. - Able to create and select any of the Templates available while sending SMS or emails to the candidates.

Cons

\- No automatic parsing of resumes. - If the candidate doesnt claim his profile there will be no option to send SMS. - After claiming profile there is no edit option to make any changes. - If the candidates email address is unknown, we are not able to invite them to Talent community. - Not User friendly as compared to BullHorn.

We have introduced an Intternal Info section on LiveHire as an opt in feature that allows you to add structured data onto candidates after they claim their profile. Also regarding enabling SMS for candidates who haven't claimed their profile this is country legislation dependent however we are closely monitoring changes to legislation in the US and Canada with the aim to increase SMS Opt in where possible so it is easier to communicate with candidates about job opportunities. Our organisation, has external audits, and having all documentation at the touch of a button is invaluable. The onboarding process is excellent and the inputting of information, is easy as during implementation, the staff at intelliHR helped in the design of our forms and everything flows perfectly.

Pros

The implementation of the software into our organisation was a very smooth transition due to the excellent support and customer service we received from IntelliHR and no problem was ever to big for them to deal with and overcome The time savings since implementation have been phenomenal .

Cons

The only downside I have found is the time it takes to input old data into the system. I am transitioning to a paperless HR system so uploading existing staff documents is taking time, but the time saving when starting a new employee will eventually outweigh this.

We moved from a completely manual recruitment process to using the Live Hire software, so this has revolutionised our processes. We now have analytics, a positive candidate experience, and a proactive talent pool. Life changing.

Pros

Very logical and easy to follow recruitment process. Excellent templates for job adverts and candidate messages. Super easy to post job ads and screen candidates. Just an intuitive software package.

Cons

Disappointing that we cannot create our own application question templates, like the job ad templates. We have to ask the Live Hire team to create them on our behalf, but I think this should be a user function. Also, our project manager for the implementation was very inexperienced which made a frustrating implementation process. However I've been impressed with all other contacts within the Live Hire team.

We have undergone substantial growth and change the past 4 years and TT has been able to facilitate this change and helped us integrate with new systems along the way

Pros

TT is a complex product which is simple to use. It has streamlined our payroll and time management processes exponentially - cutting down the payroll time each fortnight.

Cons

We have a general lack of understanding of the reporting and analytics of the program and it is not the easiest to self teach.

Livehire was an easy sell... software tends to fall into one of two categories, the application is either a dog or a cat. Irrespective of pedigree, dogs require an awful lot of work whereas a cat simply gets on with the business of being a cat. Livehire is a cat and with a little bit of feeding, it just purrs away.

Pros

User interface and user experience is great, does what it says it does, easy to implement.

Cons

Nothing. The problem with many applications developers is that they over develop their product to the point that it ceases to be easy to use/implement and is so feature rich that it is hard to figure out where to even start. I like the simplicity and single focus of Livehire.
