Pros It had a learning curve, but it wasn't too steep. The software is utilitarian, integrates nicely with MS Project and provides a variety of views on the outcomes. Cons I like least the same thing I like least about all Monte Carlo software. The data that has to be entered in order to get a meaningful result is substantial.
