Overall: Once we had it setup, it integrated seamlessly with our Sharepoint sites and Office365 apps. The forms are easy to customize as are the workflows.
Pros: Very flexible and robust. There are more features than we could ever use. Big pro is that it embeds in Sharepoint so integrates well with Office 365.
Cons: Initial setup is difficult. You will most likely need a lot of time with support while getting this off the ground.
