We just tried out their Event Attendee Management and badge printing system and it is life changing. That used to be the most stressful part of our conference for me and it breezed by this year. I am also the type of person who doesn't like to let control go of processes but the team walked me through each step and was there to answer any question I had no matter how inane. **Pros:** Ease of use and ability to learn the software quickly and without any issue. Anyone in the office is able to create and update in the software regardless of experience. The price was also a big positive as we are a not-for-profit organization, we are able to look like the big companies out there without breaking our budget. **Cons:** Its honestly not a big deal, but having to use two separate apps for a branded event app and a lead capture app instead of having them integrated into one and access given to each based on status is a mild inconvenience if you can even call it that. **Switched From:** [Cvent Event Management](https://www.capterra.com/p/26318/Cvent-Event-Management/) **Reasons for Switching to EventMobi:** CVent was difficult to use and not very intuitive. They have excellent customer service and are responsive to feedback. We most use the agenda and notifications, and I also like building out custom pages with additional event information for attendees. The initial setup was super easy, as their team walked us through all the steps and even assisted with the initial building. **Pros:** Excellent customer service and responsiveness to feedback. Centralizes event information so attendees have everything they need in one place. **Cons:** I found it tedious to manage consecutive sessions and ensure they were in a preferred order rather than organized alphabetically.
