It is also very useful in that multiple versions of the same document can be housed. Cons It often crashes. Additionally, it is only available to view within a browser. Not necessarily our go to long-term cloud storage option. Pros The ability to directly scan documents into a jointly shared and accessible location can save a lot of time and hassle.
